Great food at Franks Canteen. Fresh ingredients, prepared & presented with flair. Profiteroles with chicken parfait, pickled herring with golden beets plus venison loin, balsamic parsnips & port just the standouts. Takes ‘canteen’ food to the stratosphere. Get on board.

The Lamb sausage with chickpea stew and flatbread is delicious. Flavoursome, great textures and very comforting on these autumnal days. Would recommend. Great ambience with chilled tunes on too.

10/10! Amazing, friendly service with the food to match. The potatoes were to die for! Everything came quickly and was very reasonably priced. Can’t wait to check out the dinner menu!

A quick impromptu lunch needed locally found us at Franks Canteen. Small but fully formed, grabbed some corn fritters off the Brunch Menu and was not disappointed. Flavorful, fresh and an interesting take on the traditional. Swapped out the poached for a fried egg done very well as requested - perfect! Would definitely like to come back to try the Apricot Brulee on the evening special menu, and the BYOB on Wednesdays is another draw to returning.

We were looking for a place to brunch, and this little spot has it all: flavourful food, helpful service, an interesting menu, great coffee, and a stellar happy hour. Yes, we stayed on from a late brunch to an early Happy Hour. The Grapefruit Margarita was far too tasty to ignore. Don’t hesitate to pop in. The dinner specials all looked promising too! We all shared the potatoes with roasted garlic aioli—but you might want to keep them for yourself.

Nice place though maybe a little expensive for the portion size. Can recommend the Chai Latte if you enjoy them! Be sure to book as there is limited seating. The plates are made to order and include fresh and healthy ingredients. A few of us did still feel hungry but really tasty.

Charming, delicious little spot! The setup is a bit confusing—I tried to order at the counter and didn’t realize they had table service (and be warned, the table service is extremely slow). Luckily I wasn’t in a hurry and had a nice little lunch!

Enjoyed brunch here tremendously. The spinach, mushroom, feta flat bread was crispy and savoury, whereas the add-on sausages were cooked to perfection. The lamb was nicely done. One of my favourite meals in London!

Great place to stop over for a drink and something to eat. Staff are great, the inside has a enough place to seat and have a space to yourself. Accepts all type of payment methods - contactless. Rest room facility available as well as parking in front or by the side roads for a max of 2 hours. Will visit again.

Cute little eatery! The seasonal menu has many veggie options and the wine list has some good natural stuff as well! Super cosy and the service was spot on!
