A wide variety of dishes to choose from, options for vegans too. The waiter was lovely. Overall it was good and we really enjoyed it and came back a second time.

“Loved everything about our visit! The team (Disha and Ashik) was super nice and made us feel right at home. Our server checked on us often and made great menu recommendations. The service was quick and the vibe was awesome. Definitely coming back!”

Great value for money and convenient location. Service was exceptional, Afjal was very polite and attentive. I personally preferred the scones and sandwiches than the sweet, besides having a sweet tooth those tasted too artificial. There could be improvements in the ambiance as well, specially for summer time; A/C wasn’t working properly inside and it was too loud outside (expected due to the touristic location). Overall would recommend but maybe a less busy location.

Visited for a traditional British afternoon tea without the expense of a 5 star hotel, conveniently tucked away behind Piccadilly Circus and Regents St. The afternoon tea stand looked exactly like the pictures on the website and on the menu. The sandwiches were lovely and fresh, the scones were cooked just right and the patisserie cakes were light and tasty. We would have liked an option of raspberry jam, but the strawberry jam and cream was fine. The staff were helpful and friendly and boxed up the food we couldn't manage to eat. I would definitely come here again.

5 stars From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff – every single team member was incredibly friendly, polite and attentive. The service truly stood out and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. We only stopped by for a light snack, but everything we had was excellent. The mozzarella sticks were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed a lovely cup of tea, served with care. The interior is beautifully designed, creating a refined yet relaxed atmosphere. And the location couldn’t be better – right at Piccadilly Circus, in the heart of London. A truly charming place to relax and enjoy high-quality food and service. Highly recommended!

Fabulous hot food and lovely cakes. We went for afternoon tea and thoroughly enjoyed. We ordered the Rigatoni Siciliana as an extra dish. Fab! Really nice staff members too. Thankyou Shamim

Cakes not fresh, staff the picture of social misery and exploitation, manager bullying the staff, staff consequently overbearing and competing for tables, prices outrageous, manager tried to rip off the young Chinese tourists next door, and did not even apologize when busted. My "authentic" chai was a joke, with the teabag covered in milk foam. The rococo decoration and the uniforms make it look like they want to be fancy, but no attention to good service is given. The management seemed borderline human trafficking. The "discretionary" 12.5% service fee isn't discretionary. Prices inside were already 50% more than prices of cakes in the window.

An okay touristic place. Cakes are fine, classical honeycake was moist and very light and tasty - 5 stars for that. Pistachio honey cake wasn't so good - it was rather heavy and more on a dry side. Yet pistachio taste was nowhere to be found. Teas are so so. In the verning they already ran out of green teas so we had English breakfast, which was just avarage. Service is on a poor side. Rather careless staff.
