The shop is small but well laid out. The fruit and vegetables are always fresh and nicely presented. The Portuguese bread is excellent fresh out of the oven and full of flavour. Perfect for quick, everyday shopping.
I love this store but not big enough
Untrained Employees I’m over 22 years old and I drink Tenzing every day. It’s a natural energy drink made with green tea. Being asked for physical ID to purchase this is a joke and it shows how unaware this store is of the products they sell.
Clown show with their Coffee Machine. Constantly out of service.
So I went in and noticed their freshly made sandwich,even with fresh produce,I was delighted,tastes soo fresh and healthy,and for the price? Defo worth it. The service rep (a lady) was also very nice,i will defo visit again.
The worst customer service I’ve ever had in Waitrose. Avoid at all costs. Store manager Richard ( if I remember correctly) is extremely incompetent and unprofessional.
Remarkably this Waitrose is letdown in comparison to other branches. Very messy and not well stocked even though somehow it feels a little cluttered. The security are absolutely appalling. They believe their duty is to make customers uncomfortable. No matter the time of day there will always be an abandoned cage somewhere on the aisle.
