   If I could rate is 3.5 I would. I shop here frequently in this Waitrose when traveling and to grab a meal deals they are usually good. I dropped my rating, today I approach a staff member and she looked liked she hated her job and looked idle at the checkout I ask her for napkins, she's said no we don't have them and chopsticks and said we are not supposed to give those out. I literally just purchased my sushi, I'm a paying customer, she asked to see my purchases sushi she responded like "oh... sushi hmmmm" proper having a good think too. She said we aren't supposed to hand these out - gives me chopsticks anyway acts like she's doing me a favour I said thank you. A bit baffled, but can't help but laugh. The lack of napkins and chopsticks confuses me as a lot of the meals deals are sushi and rice. Overall quick service, other visits generally have no issues.

   I have felt like royalty when we shopped in there today. Your staff in this shop have been and remain a credit to your company. Today has finished off a great day for my daughter. (I’m ashamed to say I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who was an absolute shining star. But he deserves a recognition award.) Well done team, well done Waitrose.

   I went in for a meal deal and was expecting to leave asap however self checkout had different ideas I was helped by a very nice Gentleman called Nathan can you as a store or a company Please recognise Nathan for his exceptional professionalism and kind nature. After I had been helped by him I was paying and I heard him complimenting a customer for their attire making pleasant conversation with them also as well as directing them and assisting them to pay. Thank you Nathan I wish a lot of people upheld such lovely values as yourself. I have worked retail for 10 years and would have felt honoured to work along side someone like that making the customer experience top tier as he did. In short Excellent staff member, nice clean store also. 5/5

   Little Waitrose is bigger than you think. Great place to find snacks and goodies for the train or to have upstairs in the communal seating area. There are meal deals, herbs, bakery, crisps, treats, newspapers, flowers etc. They have loads of self checkout machines so things move quickly.

   Nice shopping experience. One of the best places inside the King’s Cross station for quick shopping during a transit. The bakery and cake section is pretty impressive. The staff behaviour is notable as even in a busy place like King’s Cross.

   I have been extremely upset by my treatment in this store this morning. I’ve been there before but today I was made to feel so uncomfortable by the security guard who was following me around! I couldn’t concentrate or relax enough to choose what I wanted because I felt so monitored. It was so bizarre. I’ve genuinely seen more lax security at high end jewellery stores and airports (seriously). This was absolutely ridiculous! The manager was a nice lady and apologetic but I didn’t feel comfortable to hang around and shop, so I left. I’ve never stolen anything in my life or been in trouble with the law by the way. :( I understand the need for security, as thieves are obviously bad for business but actually making customers feel harassed to the point that they leave before selecting and purchasing is bad for business too! Went to M&S instead.

   I went into this branch today with a deep cut to my finger. I needed a plaster urgently. A very kind assistant was really caring to me. She not only helped me to find the plasters but gave me practical support and encouragement. Another assistant on the counter was also very kind. I didn't think to ask fir their names, but l will not forget them. Iwent out of the store

   Very small branch right on the concourse at King’s Cross station. It’s got everything you’d need either for a last minute top up on your way home or to keep you going on your train journey somewhere.
