Luke the engineer came round to repair my washing machine, which was having issues draining. He called in the morning as the office said he would, arrived promptly, and was polite and professional throughout. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in just one visit. Recently ordered an integrated Bosch Fridge Freezer and paid for installation and removal. Arrived next day and engineers brought up 1 flight of stairs and removed old and installed new is a very short time. The gave instructions on initial use and left everything tidy. Very positive and polite engineers and highly recommended. I have used this company a number of times without fault.
Absolutely delighted with my new Siemens dishwasher the staff are fantastic from Worcester in person, Stourport on the phone to Matt who installed it were all first class pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable and very helpful. Will definitely be returning for any appliance needs in future highly recommend.
We bought our rangemaster here two years ago. We went back for an American fridge freezer because the service and product knowledge is excellent. The delivery and disposal of our old appliance was excellent. We had 4 men who were polite and careful managing the removal and installation of large appliances with great consideration for our home. Over 10 year Old Bosch dishwasher died looked for one on line all confusioning so went the wash house .Chap very helpful explained everything decided new Bosch delivered that day Matt fitted it in took old one away all very efficient so pleased. BRILLIANT SERVICE!

Very pleased with the service I received the young lady who dealt with me was most helpful answered all my questions knowledgeably the only down side was the sale on the washing machine I wonted had finished on the day I went to buy it so had to pay the full price but the lady did ring to see if I could get it at the sale price could not but still happy with buy recommend the The Wash House.
