I'm very thankful New Look Especially Allison, who took the Security tags off from my dress which I had ordered from Sapphire Pakistan. It was Eid day which could be ruined due to Sapphire, but New Look made my day. Thanks alot x.

A very good place for the local, new look stores are usually in town but this one is in belle vale shopping center.
The Belle vale store is always spotless and tidy with excellent merchandising and very helpful and friendly staff the best store in my opinion
The gentleman that works there is so polite. He always asks how you are & nothing is toouch trouble.
If they had a better selection of sizes would be giving a 5star review. Every time I have been lately the biggest size I can find is a 14 which is disappointing. Also disappointing to see that have got rid of the curves section. However Garry is a credit to the store, absolutely wonderful guy always so friendly and happy to help, one of the few reason I still shop in the store is the customer service you get from him.
The clothes are good and well laid out. The girl working in the changing room was not very helpful in helping me to get a different size of a product or advising me in what location of the shop I could get something. It was as if I was disturbing her by talking to her.
