I have always wanted to learn how to make xiao long bao, and here I am, thanks to Hannaβs help. The cooking session was very personalized and fun. Hanna knows a lot about the history of xiao long bao, as well as many tips for making the best ones. We used fresh ingredients, which made the quality much better and were very easy to find. I am excited to put into practice what I learned. My next class will be the three-ways bun class, and I am really looking forward to learning how to make themβand, of course, having Hanna as my teacher again.

We had a great session with Simon and Hannah, who taught us how to make the viral Biang Biang noodles from scratch. We were especially happy to find a class that makes the dish authentically. The class was fso much fun and perfect for beginners like us! And we even got to take home a full jar of the chilli oil we made. Weβd happily recommend their classes and are already looking forward to going back.. they have plenty of other recipes we want to try!

We made the most amazing sushi! Thanks so much Simon for a wonderful birthday evening full of laughs, sushi and homemade goodies. Simon taught us all about the history of sushi, showed us how to make it with accessible ingredients and gave us so much knowledge we will use in our kitchen going forward! I can't wait to try more of your classes

Excellent class with super friendly and helpful teachers! We booked the Vegan Buns Three Ways plus optional add-ons smashed cucumber and tofu salad. We learned dough skills and also knife skills and tips and tricks for all the ingredients and approaches were shared, including using hot oil to bring out flavour even in cold dishes. Hanna and Simon also taught us about the history and culture of the dishes and were super patient in showing us (and reshowing us!) the different techniques. We had great fun, laughed a lot, and learned a lot. And we had lots of delicious food to eat and take home after! We would 100% recommend.

My 12 year old son and I took the Japanese desserts class to learn how to make Mochi and it was fantastic. Simon and Hanna were excellent teachers and super knowledgeable. The class was very well run and friendly and they were very patient with my chatty son and helped him to learn all the techniques. I would recommend their classes to anyone with an interest in Asian food and we will definitely be back. Thank you Hanna and Simon!

Simon and Hanna were absolutely awesome teachers and so fun and easy to learn from! I took the Bun making class with the festive add on of custard buns -- I definitely feel more confident about making buns at home and appreciative to now have the recipes and instructions from Simon and Hanna to keep practicing. Would 100% recommend this and would also be a fun corporate event too for team building!

Simon and Hanna are the perfect hosts and teachers. The beginners sushi making class was very interesting and informative, with Simon taking time to explain the history of the food we were preparing. My partner added tea tasting and loved the ceremony as well as the taste. I added the sake tasting and can highly recommend that too. We couldnβt have asked for a better experience and we will come back for more!

What a wonderful experience. I booked a Japanese dessert class for my wifeβs birthday and it was such good fun. Simon and Hanna were great teachers, explaining everything really well and even imparting some history. Weβll be looking to see what other classes they have to offer. Highly recommend.
