   Una just amazingly helpful, great for sales, so helpful ,has dress sense and flair. Checks the changing area and makes sure it's tidy and that customers are satisfied too, a pocket rocket of a lady.I bought a good few items with her help and attentiveness.

   I went in today to return a jumpsuit I purchased for my daughter 4 months ago (less than the 6 month return timeline for faulty items) that had a faulty zip. The lady on the till noticed that there was a stain on the inside of the garment that wasn’t visible to the outside at all. Although there was a stain she stated this shouldn’t be a problem because the reason for the return was a fault. As this was purchased longer than a month ago she needed the manager Emma who came over. Originally the manager stated that she could only put it on a gift receipt to which I stated this was ok. She then said she could not give me the full refund for the item as her manager was giving the store grief about returned items. I asked to take a photo of the zip as I would be contacting customer services and she said pound enough for everyone to hear “do you want to get a photo of the state of the stains on the inside as well” I did specify to her that the stain was not as large as she was making out and that it was irrelevant because it was not visible on the outside of the garment at all. I stated my daughter would still wear the item even with the small stain if not for the faulty zip. She then stated that the fault is not with the item itself but with the zip. When I asked her to explain because to my knowledge the zip on an item is still a part of the item she stated general wear and tear. I explained to her that this was ridiculous as the item was only 4 months old and was a party outfit for a 9 year old so clearly had not been worn every single day as she suggested. She then told me I had raised my voice (which I absolutely did not as I had my said 9 year old autistic child with me who would have had a meltdown had anyone raised their voices) and stated that she was no longer going to give me anything at all. I then asked for her name and she just kept saying thank you and turned her back to me. I have never been made to feel so small and insignificant and in front of my child no less. When I contacted customer services, I was told she absolutely should have allowed the return for the faulty zip, which IS a part of the item and apologised for the way in which I was treated and that this will be passed to management. I hope she has a very stern conversation about customer service and generally just being a nice person.

   Go upstairs to pick up and click and collect items. They have a good selection of clothes. If you go after 7 you can usually park right outside and it's a bit quieter. Really helpful staff
