I ordered a sambosa chaat from here, and the amount of green chillies they put in my food is unbelievable, and I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. I would also advice having some money saved up, as if you or any other normal human being would eat this, you are sure to have some plumbing issues.
Been coming here since it opened and it never disappoints. The chai is always perfect, the breakfast tastes great, and the staff are always friendly. It’s such a warm, relaxing spot — easily one of my favourites.
Strongly urge the owner/franchisee operator to rethink your business model here! I work from a lot Karak Chaii branches around the UK, this has to be the first where there’s NO WIFI, No power sockets! It’s 2025 let’s not penny pinch. Sorry to say I shan’t be back, and yes people that work from Cafes will spend money in store to support your business.
Had a chicken sandwhich, was ok but cud be better Chips were fresh Service was decent Place was clean Bathroom been out of order for some time. High street shop so that shud be priorty to fix the bathroom. I give them 6 out 10.
I got two biryani box but the amount they put is not even enough for a side dish. Absolutely waste of money. But I was contacted regarding my complaint and the problem was resolved smoothly. I’m glad I got in touch.

Pleased. Excellent interior decoration. Ceiling was amazing with word “Karan Chai”translated in many languages. Great lighting and look. There is a Photo wall setup with an bench. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I order a large with 1 extra cup and he was so helpful. Thanks to him. Soho Road is busy so it’s hard to find a parking. Use the streets to park your car for cheaper or free of charge. See you soon!
I had a good experience. Music is played quietly so I had stayed in as I could hear my thoughts. I ordered the cheesecake as a treat. It was a nice environment. People came and went and the tables were clean. The till lady was really busy and still managed to attend phones and see to delivery drivers and the customer as well as deliver the foods and drinks to customers. She was really calm and polite.
Average Bevarage Decor is OK but flowers missing on the flower wall at the bottom could be addressed! It was very quiet when i went in, nice ambience but alas its not the best place to eat. Karak Chai was fairly average, and the masala chips were drenched in... Ketchup!! Didnt see that one coming. For what its worth, its priced decently, staff could be a bit more upbeat which is the complaint of many before me!!
