   Ordered online on a Friday, received an email Monday morning that your order has been cancelled and you are being charged. Phoned up and asked can I reorder the items and pay again, and was told one of the items is out of stock, which I find hard to believe. The website also says it should be restocked weeks ago, so if they can't update that, then no chance of them updating the stock count accurately. I'll find the items elsewhere, what a ridiculous system and they don't even send out reminder emails or texts.

   Very disappointing experience. I don’t think I’ll be going back there again. The staff shouted at us from across the shop while I was with my 6-month-old baby girl. His behaviour felt rude and racist. We had just bought a Minnie Mouse jumperoo and a play mat, and there was absolutely no reason to be spoken to that way. He could have approached us politely if there was any issue. When we tried to explain on our way out that his behaviour was inappropriate, he started yelling again. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional conduct.

   There is this dude called Tim . He has been super helpful every time I have been at the smyths toys superstore in Elk mill shopping park . He makes it east for me to decide and find what I need to buy .You deserve more pay for your hard work . Thanks for the wonderful service Tim.

   VERY bad customer service. Was asked to return the faulty dangerous buggy for a full refund after contacting smyths only a couple of months after purchasing. (Bearing in mind it was only used for 11 weeks prior). It was agreed that I would purchase a new buggy from them to use so that I could still get my son to school, then they said when they got the faulty one back id be refunded straight away. Now theyve got it back, they tell me they ant do a refund and can only issue a giftcard - which is obviously NO USE TO ME NOW!!! Im absolutely fuming that I was lied to and I will be taking this further!!!

   Not a very welcoming store! On arrival the first thing we see is a hefty door man looking us up and down chewing gum with his mouth open! Sorry but if I was a kid entering the store and saw that I would be a little intimidated and disheartened! Not a very good first impression to a toy store!

   As expectant first time parents, we went into Smyths looking for a pram / buggy / car seat with no idea what we were doing. We were helped by Zahid who was due to finish his shift but stayed with us for an extra 20 mins explaining pros and cons of all the options. He really went above and beyond to help us out with things that we hadn’t even considered! Just hope his bosses are aware of how much he goes the extra mile when he didn’t have to.
