   Absolutely hated the policy of taking only three items to the fitting room. The staff was very rude and disrespectful, there is a way of telling this to a customer. No staff should forget that they are working for the company and that they HAVE to be kind and polite to shoppers. Sports Direct you could so better.

   I bought a 5 pack boxers on 12/05/2025 for £15 size Large. I normally wear medium or large at max. Despite this it was far too small. I tried to take it back to exchange it for a bigger one, as it was written on the receipt that in 28 days I can exchange them back. The guy at till said they do not exchange boxers back. This behaviour is disgusting because they put wrong size on the bag. Never buy anything from these. You will never have warranty on anything.

   I bought my sick partner some swimming socks at the weekend. We weren't sure about the size so we asked the cashier she advised us to take a medium and if necessary she would easily exchange them. After one day we had to return them because my partner didn't have enough strength to put them on so they weren't used. The lady at the cash register lied to us and ripped us off to buy them and today in the store the service was terrible without respect they told us to go to the manager where I think the manager should have been called to us. We won't be shopping there again and I don't recommend this store.

   Staff talking and messing about casually. On several occasions one of them was on the phone talking to someone about s** toys loudly while 2 other staff members were laughing, one of which looked like the store security guard. Customers were close by during this time. This included young children!

   Been trying to call the store for 4 hrs now throughout the day. No answer each time ! I work in retail, and can understand its a busy time of year, but at least answer your calls and take a message. My store doesnt apply lack of customer service like this ??? X

   Poor unhelpful staff who would rather be on a mobile phone than help you . Poor selection of sizes any wonder the high street is dying. Avoid this store its a total waste of time

   Purchased some puma trainers one of the shoes was a smaller size then the other. Clearly faulty. Went back the next day for a Refund/Exchange the weekday manager Clearly stated can not refund as they have been worn. I understand they have been worn but they are faulty? Offered no resolution, I am now going trough trading standards.

   Great shop, lovely staff, cheap prices! Anyone who is complaining on here about the returns policy clearly didn’t take the time to read the returns policy written in the store. Nothing wrong with getting an exchange or a credit note in my eyes.
