   My partner had brought an item of which she had asked if it was refundable if she wanted to bring it back; as she was outfit matching. Understandably I accept that on some promotional items within shops you cannot return for a refund, of which is why she specifically asked being that it was a promotional item and made a point that it’s a promotion item. I was also there and asked Noah myself also, the cashier Noah said we are able to. Whether he said that because he was trying to rush through or what I am unsure but we have come in to return said item and been told now that it’s only exchangeable for another item. She doesn’t want anything else in this shop right now, but we have also been told that we can’t have it in store credit or a gift card either. I wouldn’t mind if we hadn’t of asked but the only reason she brought the item was because we were told we are able to return it for a refund. The chap is nice enough but very annoyed at the fact we were lied to, whether intentionally or not. UPDATE: Got served at the till again and been told he had gotten it wrong after spending 20 mins trying to find something else. Even more annoyed now to be quite honest.

   Worst staffs ! Very annoying When I went to try the clothes the trial rooms were still open , I had lots of clothes to try and by the time I was done the staff came and yelled that the trial room is closed. It was still 8.30 pm and the closing time was 9 pm . I apologised and was about to leave the room but the staff made me to hang all the clothes I had not selected, even though I am 36 weeks pregnant . I never saw any other people hanging the clothes that they tried on and place it in the hanger . Never coming back again. Pathetic

   I’ve reached the end of my patience with New Look. Every time I place an order and go to collect it, I’m left waiting endlessly as staff members pass me around, trying to make someone else handle it. But now, this is beyond frustrating. I collected my order and returned it on the very same day, May 14th, and I still haven’t received my refund. Klarna has been pressuring me to follow up, and when I called New Look customer service, I was told it’s not their responsibility to help with such issues and that I should email or use the chat feature. The chat is unresponsive, making me wait indefinitely, and my emails have gone unanswered. Seriously, New Look, what more do I need to do to get some service? Just process this refund, and I promise I’ll never make another purchase from New Look again. It’s unacceptable to go through this kind of hassle just to shop! Are you punishing us for buying New Look?!!!

   Really lovely service yesterday. The lady with the short/shaved hair and lip piercing served us. She was so so friendly, helpful and just lovely! She really went above and beyond, such a kind, happy person. Thank you so much!

   Cashier at 14:15 was abusive towards one lady customer i witnessed this very disappointed i can yell easy that lady customer don't speak english well and she was trying to pay by card, poor customer service customer decided to leave all 4 products at cashier and leave the shop
