Terrible company don’t buy from them unless you want a headace when it’s time to rerun something. Cut off 3 times today, after spending 2k on clothes. Can’t even remove alarm tags, give you a Jiffy bag for an ex display too they don’t tell you about that sticks. Avoid

As someone who is a high end shopper internationally. This was the worst shopping experience. The manager, whose sole job seems to be only to stand at the door, does not assist or help any customers. He does not open the door or Greg customers or even thank them. He is rude and dismissive and liability to the Flannel Kingston store and brand. A disgrace with zero customer service or hospitality. The store policies are terrible and not worth anyone’s hard earned money. Do not shop at this store at all costs. And flannel needs to consider who they employ to manage a store. I’m sure much business is lost because of this man.

One of the only shops ive ever come across that does not offer returns. Small sign at the till that they draw your attention to when trying to return something but not when you are purchasing something. Selling items in store at different prices than on the website too. Both unacceptable and way behind where other stores are. Beware of shopping here.

Selling fake products! Avoid !! I bought a pair of Balenciaga shoes from Flannels, and the right shoe was noticeably more faded than the left one—a clear manufacturing defect. Flannels refused to take responsibility, even though the product is clearly faulty. Terrible quality control and dismissive customer service. Not what you’d expect from a store selling luxury brands.

Beware this shop does not do any refunds only credit note. Full of stuff I can buy elsewhere so will not be getting my money ever again. Young people think they are cool shopping here, but its not cool to treat customers this way. Spent an absolute fortune at xmas and tried returning 1 item to no avail. Will never set foot in there again.

I don't see may point of this shop’s existence. It has an order online you can't return it in the store. The staff is not helpful and probably just working the bare minimum. The staff is completely unprofessional!

Was a bit apprehensive reading the reviews but I can dispell them. The young lady at the door was extremely friendly and informative total asset to the company, I was searching for something in particular and she directed me upstairs and said she would notify her colleagues to guide. The sales assistants upstairs again were quite knowledgeable and friendly and before you think I went in to spend ££££ they treated me just as well even though I spent £56. So moral of the story retail staff have a lot to contend to on a daily basis from clients who are rude and the reality is you give what you get. Definitely will be back when I have more time.

Unfortunately my experience with this store has been pretty grim. I blame the management and not the staff, they were very helpful. We spent just under £1000 on 3 items and after getting home noticed that a belt we bought was damaged, marked, scratched and I believe this was because it was a display item. I returned 2 days later and because they didn’t have a replacement in the correct size I asked for a refund. We were made to wait over 10 minutes for a manager to come and approve a refund, only to be told their policy is that they won’t issue a refund on accessories. I said that because it was damaged they should issue a refund as per my consumer rights but that manager asked the store owner/manager and he refused to accept it was damaged even though it clearly was and the staff even agreed and said it’s probably because it’s a display item that others have tried on etc. The owner/manager didn’t even have the decency to talk to me and they said his decision was final. They would only issue store credit, essentially trapping me into having to spend the money in their store. I don’t want to spend my money there but it seems I now have no choice. I will reluctantly use the credit online but will never shop at Flannels again. Given the current situation we’re in, this kind of awful customer service is ridiculous! The whole experience has left me feeling robbed and I can’t stress enough how frustrating it’s been.
