Brilliant at sales. Terrible if something goes wrong! Brought a coat from these ladies. Under 5 months old and it has a faulty zip. Despite being given an opportunity to repair or replace the coat they claimed nothing was wrong with it. Until I ventured in again and asked them to take a photo of the faulty zip, which they did and they are still claiming nothing can be done. You have been warned!
