    customer service is non-existent. bought a really expensive jacket, it was never delivered due to parcel being held at customs due to wrong documents sent by Maje… I am not getting the refund and it has been almost 4 weeks… it is really disappointing, after so many years as a customer… stay away from ordering from Maje, you may lose your money

    My partner purchased an expensive coat from this store in December. After being worn twice, it started to come apart at the seams. Took it back within 30 days to request a refund as per statutory right. Was told by staff in store she could only have a replacement She is now being told she can have neither. Avoid.
