   I’ve been a regular Next customer for years, but after what happened at this store, I’m absolutely disgusted. I came in to make a simple return and Kalpana was the only staff member who treated me with basic respect. Rhoda, meanwhile, stared at me like I was a thief, then snatched the leggings out of my hand and threatened to call security for no reason whatsoever. I even told security to check the CCTV and speak to Kalpana. I had clearly made a return and was trying on a different pair before buying, just to ensure it was the correct fit and length. I had nothing to hide. Both Kalpana and the security guard ended up apologising to me for Rhoda’s behaviour, which says everything about how badly the situation was handled. This was humiliating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this store, and I’ll be telling my family and friends to avoid it as well. EVERYONE AVOID COMING HERE!

   I came to return an online order and try new trousers. Pros: Good parking and lovely ladies in the upstairs and downstairs tills. Cons: Lukewarm service on the ground floor, very poor selection of sizes, dusty fitting rooms (downstairs) and no toilets (unless one purchases something in Costa’s and then uses their toilets).

   There was a Turkish elderly lady working there on Friday, around 3pm, and she was the sweetest and kindest person I’ve met. She helped me and my brother out so much, even though we were being very confusing. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, but she was elderly and Turkish with glasses.

   (More of a general next issue but this store was the one who denied me initially) Went to return about £800 worth of clothing due a mixture of it not fitting and me choosing other items. I retunrned them in their initial bags 30 days after I ordered them( I accept this being my fault - but I was away and wasn’t fully aware - I assumed 30 days and not 28), I have now been forced to have a voucher for£800 which I only have 6 months to spend, I’m in a bad financial position so think the way they treat customers - no lee way, no partial discount, no understanding, just computer says no. Customer service said how it’s a bad situation but the bosses said they can’t change anything - of course they can. They are just a large company (like many) who doesn’t actually care for the customers and just sees us as pins signs. I will be going Into the same store with my voucher and asking people in the till queue, if they can send me the money and use the voucher for the purchase so I can get the funds back. This is not a great look for them but they have said that I can do it. Expect me next weekend and Believe me I don’t want to be doing this.

   Always a fan of NEXT! so as the store itself and for clothing there are no excuses. But this time I needed an urgent suit! As probably being the worst person to choose what kind of suit was needed. regular fit? slim fit? tailored fit? fabric? colour? occasion? regular? Long? Short? 36? 44? the list goes on.. so so confusing!! My 5 star goes to Aliyah. She has helped me so much, I'm ever so grateful to her. I was going for a boring black suit. Ended up with purchasing a gorgeous colour suit for all occasions. Not baggy, not skinny, Just a perfect fit! She has helped me from my suit, to shirt, to ties and to the shoes! Thank you

Fiting rooms at the moment can't be used. The shop is easy to find, the car park is big but can get crowded quite often. With public transport get of at bus stop Tilling Road S.
