   The staff here are friendly and helpful and the food and coffee are great as you’d expect Tom a Costa. There was a problem for a while on Sundays with several families meeting up there, fine, but letting their noisy and rude children run rampant and disrespecting other customers, but the staff have now dealt with that and my weekend coffee is once again a pleasure.

   My daughter and her friend had a post exam day out to White Rose on Wednesday the 2nd of July. I dropped them off and they had a lovely time. Then they called into Costa. What should have continued to be a pleasant experience was spoiled as they were approached by a man who appeared to be homeless inside the Costa who pestered them to give him money! The girls were scared and intimidated by him and my daughters friend emptied her purse to give him some change. He took all the change, returning the coppers and keeping the silver. He then picked up her mobile phone before my daughter took it back and bravely told him to go away. A customer sitting nearby said you should have bought him a drink then he would have left you alone! Not one member of Costa staff intervened. Why was he in there if he had no money for a drink? This incident upset the girls and they asked to be collected early to return home. These girls have worked hard doing their exams what a shame Costa! Please take care of your paying customers they deserve a positive experience when spending their money in your cafe!

   This is one of my favorite costa branch as it is very good place to work from, atmosphere is great and the view is also nice as it’s all glass to see outside from where you have your coffee. The staff were nice and friendly and he made my coffee as it should be, i also asked for an extra shot of coffee and they didn’t charge me for it. My drink this time was iced salted caramel frappe with two shots of coffee and cream on top. It was absolutely smashing. There is a parking lot outside the place which is outside Next.

   The staff are friendly even when, like today, the coffee is really busy. Costa have just done a refurbish of all the seating with more comfy chairs and couches. The coffee is always great and they have just brought my fave Brie and bacon panini back so I’m a happy man.

   Every. Single. Day. The costa upstairs in the white rosé shopping centre, Leeds; 1. Closes whenever the staff feel like it. 2. Cleans machines at 7pm then refuses to make drinks as “we’ve run out of ice/coffee/cups/water/motivation” 3. Will not provide drinks in washable cups after 7pm “dishwashers broke”. In the current climate I would expect every sale to matter? Not here it doesn’t, they couldn’t care less if they tried. Place needs a manager. Urgently.

   Quick to take the orders but unfortunately not very good at fulfilling them. I asked for a mocha with whipped cream. Turned up as a latte and no whipped cream. Asked for another and turned up with cream but with barely any chocolate
