   Visited Costa today, a bank holiday, and was pretty disappointed. Arrived with 40 minutes to spare before the closing time listed, but the young lady at the till refused to serve any food. Apparently, she'd already started the closing routine and turned off the ovens, which meant no food items were available. If a place is open until a certain time, customers should be able to get the full menu until then. It felt a bit early to be shutting down service, and I left without getting anything. Hopefully, this can be addressed so others don't have the same experience.

   Extremely Unprofessional Experience at Costa I had a deeply disappointing experience at the Costa located in next store Guiseley. After travelling for several hours, we stopped intending to purchase coffee and use the restroom. We approached a barista named Tom, asking for the toilet code, and were immediately and rudely told, “It’s not a public toilet—go to McDonald’s across the road.” His tone and manner were unnecessarily hostile and unwelcoming, especially considering we were clearly intending to be paying customers. What made matters worse was that as we were leaving, another customer kindly shared the code with us, only for Tom to shout across the café, repeating loudly that the toilet "isn’t public," in a tone that was aggressive and embarrassing. This unpleasant and unprofessional encounter completely put us off not just that location, but the Costa brand as a whole. Treating people with such disdain—especially potential customers—is unacceptable. Costa should seriously consider the kind of image this employee is projecting on their behalf. Until we see evidence of better customer care and staff training, we will not be visiting Costa again at any location.

   If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. The three girls serving were too busy chatting among themselves to even acknowledge we were waiting to be served. Poppy was very surprised when I said "hello!" to her, in response to her lack of polite greeting. Not one of the staff seems to be able to even afford a smile for the customers. Coffee was awful, milk burnt, and the food was overcooked. Time for some re training, or new staff that have a clue about customer service and cleanliness.

   Was served by the lad that looks like andy samberg from Brooklyn 99. Think hes the new manager. Was a class coffee and a very clean place. But he wouldn't do the scene from the show where he sings "TELL ME WHY" so nearly lost a star for that.

   Absolutely disgusting. The tables and cups are always dirty, the workstation is filthy, the staff are rude and antisocial, shouldn't be working there. The Food and hygiene standards there are horrifying, don't go there unless you want a stomach upset. The staff are also rude, the big chubby man working there has one hell of an attitude, couldn't even have any manners when he served me, also rushed my drinks, tasted like piss. Don't go there at your convenience, find a decent cafe to sit and spend your money on, not here.

   The staff are so friendly and welcoming! I know chain coffee houses get a lot of slack compared to small business ones but this one is so heavily used by the local community. I’ve also noticed on several visits that a lot of the local elderly use it as a meeting point and know the staff really well!
