   Whilst accompanying my wife who was looking for a suitable outfit for a family wedding, after wandering through Wakefield Stratford we came across Hobbs. My wife quickly found various options. Whilst asking me, one of the staff, came and offered her help. I had to give way to her professional advice on colours, styles, and accessories. My wife trusted her and found a suitable outfit. There was no pressure selling. The size my wife required was not in stock. The advice was to go to hobbs.com and order the right size and try it at home. The option was to return if not entirely pleased. Otherwise, come back for a fitting. If that service is typical of Hobbs, then many other stores could follow their customer relations. Although I'm no expert on fashion, I was impressed by the quality of the material, styling and range. However, I was very impressed with the spacious store and friendly staff.

   Popped into the store and had a great chat with nicky about suiting and tailoring... Ended up buying a linen blazer. Please can you let her know her service was great (i work in mens retail, tailoring so i know how tough it can be) will definitely be popping back next pay day

   This evening I went with my friend to this shop for buy a dress. We totally understand the shop was closing at 21 PM and we were there at 20PM, but the shop assistant was so rude. Her behaviour was so toxic and not welcoming, she was even snorting, highlighting to us that she has to close the shop half an hour before. We decided to quit and leave the shop because we were feeling so overwhelmed. When we were leaving she even said to us that it was so bad that we were not buying nothing. I am not understanding what she was expecting with this treatment.

   I visited the Stratford store on Saturday 18 May looking for a mother of the groom dress. I was helped by Ashley who was absolutely amazing. I tried quite a few dresses on and really valued the comments that she gave. I couldn't have chosen my special dress without all her help. I am so happy with my purchase and all the help that Ashley gave me.

   Today I had the most wonderful experience in this store. Omg I am smitten by the phenomenal treatment of the staff at this store. Leah and Cynthia went above and beyond today serving me and advising me eith their super beautiful sense of style. I copied Leahs outfit because she rocked it so much and Cynthis helped me with my shopping took it all fhe way to my car. Love love love this store and the staff. All soooo wonderful. They deserve an award!

   Daniela and Samira at Hobbs in Stratford were just the very very best. They were polite, kind, patient, friendly and with a great fashion sense that enabled me to eliminate 4 dresses out of 10. They are too good! Agnes helped choose stylish dress and lots of amazing ideas how to be versatile.

   I have just spent a very pleasant experience shopping in Hobbs, Westfield. I was helped to choose a beautiful fuscia coloured dress by assistant, Cynthia. For over an hour, she helped me choose, assisted, gave advice, videod and took photos of me in my 2 favourite dresses. I have a visual and physical impairment. I sincerely appreciate the extra help Cynthia gave to me. Another bonus is I got 20% discount! I would definitely recommend this store if you want, the caring experience and to feel valued as a customer! Thanks again Lori xx , Westfield Westfield

   Great experience in Hobbs today buying an outfit for the mother of the bride. Daniel couldn’t have been anymore helpful and friendly. Full of ideas, made us feel very welcome in the shop and we found the perfect outfit. All of the staff were lovely and even treated us to Prosecco!
