Most of the staff deputed here are appointed on a recommendation basis and display unprofessional and unfriendly attitudes. Pakistani high authorities must seriously consider the suitability of consulate staff before deputing them to any country, especially in Europe or the UK. Right now, not Deserved even single star ratings.

Good overall experience at the Consulate General of Pakistan, Manchester. Online appointments can be booked on Sundays for NADRA and passports. Tip: inform staff when you arrive to avoid waiting. It would be great if they had a changing area and a nursing space for babies.

Had an overall pleasant experience with the consulate for Nadra. Managed to get appointments easily for next day. I think trying in the first half of the year is more difficult as people are trying to get their summer holidays trip sorted so if you can try for october and onwards to attend. The cons are that they do have 4 staff members in nadra and 7 slots per half hour. The delays get added on per session because they simply cant see this many in the slot and youll be 45 mind to 1 hour late to your initial appnt and then further delays. Theyre making a killing from the nadra as alot of people go for urgent and executive... surely its time to rethink things, renovate the consulate, change the booking system, make the process smoother? Surely. Its all well and good coming to places away from manchester but we need a central hub to have that connection to back home. There is so much talent in our people, surely if you reach out to professionals give them incentives they can guide and help you to make the system better. We are not a nation of idiots!

I want Pakistan to be successful and it’s representatives to be good examples to all. However I am so disappointed with the experience I’ve had trying to get what should be the simple task of NADRA renewal achieved. 1. At the very start of the process, I found it difficult to use their website to make an initial appointment. The website looks like its been put together by people with the abilities of primary school children. Eventually after much frustration I managed to make an appointment and visited the consulate in Manchester. 2. The staff there treat you little better than cattle, they offer minimum proffesional politeness despite the fact that we pay a substantial fees for their service. It’s shocking that these consulate staff have learnt absolutely nothing despite living in the UK and continue with the atrocious customer care you see in Pakistan. 3. Unfortunately several weeks have passed and I still have not received my NADRA card. 4. The email address on their website is incorrect and my emails to them get sent back to me. 5. I tried phoning them, its a number you can only ring between 3pm and 5pm. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. These representatives of the Pakistani government treat us with utter contempt. They offer what could at best be described as an incompetent 4th rate service. Final edit: It has taken 3 Months for my renewed NADRA card to arrive.

I had a great experience at the Manchester Consulate. The staff, including the manager, were very friendly and helpful. They were neither bossy nor rude and efficiently handled four NICOP applications within an hour. There is plenty of parking available on Conyngham Road, with three hours free, as well as a few spaces near the consulate on Dickenson Road (though I’m not sure about the parking timings there). At the time of writing this review, next-day bookings at the Manchester Consulate are offered at 7:00 PM every evening, Sunday through Thursday. I found plenty of available slots when I made my booking. There weren’t many people at the consulate on our appointment day, possibly because it was a Friday. I did notice a couple of people without appointments being served, but you need to have a thick skin in those situations, as the staff can be quite strict or blunt. Overall, I found the entire team pleasant and willing to help.

Worst experience, staff and services are too poor. applied for passport renewal, which should have come in 21 days. They gave me collection date after 36 days. And upon visiting, they said it will take 20 more days. Irony is they wouldn’t even send you a confirmation text, email or call to receive it. The courier or delivery service isn’t available as well. They don’t even answer the query call not even once. I had to come to Manchester from London, had to wait more than 1.5 hour because all the staff was on Lunch break, just to hear that come again after 20 days. Really disappointed.

“Your call is important to us” CLEARLY NOT! Trying to sort my visa out for a month now to visit Pakistan but I started to believe is not worth the stress. They need better trained staff who can actually answer the phone and reply to your emails. The whole process for the visa application is a joke from the questions of the application to the people who are actually meant to help you in getting your visa ☠️☠️☠️

Fantastic customer services . Polite staff and vey accommodating. Even though building is very dated and gives unhygienic feel. Still staff is doing a fabulous job !

Absolutely disgusting behaviour and no customer service. You can be on hold for over an hour and still not get through to anyone on the phone. I stood in the consulate and called the number while nobody was on the phones and still got put in a queue. Absolutely appalling from these lot, so sad.
