    Staff are always friendly and really helpful, but today I paid almost £7 for a chocolate mousse latte and was served this.. disappointing. When I asked they said you should be told at the till this is how we’re doing it today ... if that’s how you’re doing it, you should probably just say you’re sold out.

    Called in for a coffee whilst visiting the retail park. Staff couldn't cope with the volume of orders & we watched one employee make a couple of drinks which were then thrown away as they got orders wrong. We were given one drink from our order & after waiting a while longer, a staff member asked if we were waiting for another - clearly hadn't checked the order properly. Tables needed clearing whilst we were there. Staff need to pay more attention to doing the job they are paid to do.

    I had a lovely experience today at the Starbucks on Leeds Road in Huddersfield. The service was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. Joshua surprised me with a complimentary flat white, which absolutely made my day! There was also a kind girl (I believe her name is Roe) who was just as lovely and helpful. Their gesture and great attitude really stood out. Big thanks to the team for making my visit special—I’ll definitely be coming back

    I am a big fan of Starbuck Frapucino and even though this store is not too far from my place but this is the first time I have visited this store. Drink was nice and they made it exactly as my requests. It is spacious store with many seats, suitable for family with kids as well. And staffs were friendly despite of a busy time. There is a little pretty community board which has some helpful information. I love the idea of sharing wasted coffee ground for gardening :) I think I will go back more frequently.

The staff consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service, promptly addressing any inquiries or requests, even during peak business hours. They maintain their professionalism and courtesy regardless of the complexity or peculiarity of customer orders. When placing substantial orders, I appreciate their meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all beverages are securely sealed with takeaway lids and appropriately packaged for safe transport. The establishment maintains an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. Staff members are constantly engaged in cleaning tables, sweeping floors, and collecting discarded items. The beverage preparation area is meticulously maintained, with regular sanitization to prevent contamination or product mix-ups. Despite the occasional presence of unruly individuals, the restrooms are kept immaculately clean, reflecting the establishment's commitment to hygiene and orderliness. In the event of any breakage or malfunction, prompt repairs are undertaken to minimize disruption to customers. The food and beverage options are unparalleled, with everything consistently in stock and rarely any items missing. Additionally, the condiments and utensils are always replenished to ensure a seamless dining experience. ******************************************************** Side note for Starbucks company (NOT THIS LOCATION) ********************************************************* I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the current membership level system on the app. Despite having earned my gold membership for 2025 over fifteen times, the membership duration is capped at one year, preventing me from accumulating additional years of membership. As a loyal customer who spends a significant amount of money at your stores annually, I believe that the app should accurately reflect my membership status and allow me to maintain my membership for as long as I continue to meet the required criteria. I kindly request that you address this issue and implement a system that enables members to progress beyond the one-year membership limit. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Great staff, location and good opening hours but always so dirty, tables always littered with old cups/plates. Tables not wiped down, floor always dirty. Please hire a full time cleaner during opening hours.

    Just ordered two drinks here. The partner behind the counter was too busy doing something on the iPad to take our order straight away, and when they did it wasn't done properly. They barely looked up. I asked for oat milk and she put it through as semi skimmed. The barista who made it used semi skimmed as per the label... I handed it back to him and said it wasn't oat milk... He literally poured out the drink and made it in the same cup. I didn't notice until I took a drink and tasted the milk and then noticed the label was still the same Given that I'm lactose intolerant I can't drink the drink without being poorly so it's in the bin. If I'd have had a milk alergy it could have been severe. Won't be coming here again.

    The cheese and marmite ciabatta was really nice. Service slightly slow due to a busy drive through and only one girl doing the drinks. Toilets were not very clean

    Arrived at 2 45 pm nearly all table needed clearing rubbish everywhere we cleared a table sat down and I went to order 4 drinks no problem order was taken quickly. After 10 mins are name was called but only 2 drinks were ready after another 10 minutes I went to ask how long for the other 2 drinks because the first 2 had already been drank. We waited another 10 minutes and finally we got them . Not what I would expect from starbucks.
