I ordered 3 different drinks. A decaff almond frappe, a decaff oat frappe, and a cows milk frappe. The woman made all 3 drinks wrong. The two that were supposed to be decaff, were made with normal coffee. Then we had two made with cows milk. It was only because I was watching that I said you've not made that with oat milk. In a shop such as Costa, you should be able to order 3 different drinks, and receive them as you have ordered. I explained that my sister can not have caffeine as she is on heart meds. (You think being in a hospital that would be understood.) This did not inspire me with confidence. There was no apology. The staff proceeded to argue with each other about how to make the drinks, and how the staff member had made them wrong, a debate that should not be had in front of customers. Very disappointed!
