Spoke to a lovely lady called Rachel on a few occasions as I had ordered some Items and got shingles and was really unwell and couldnt get down to pick the order up. On all occasions Rachel dealt with the matter professionally and guided me to what options I had .
I witnessed a lady asking to use the toilet, she had a medical card. The response from yours staff was appalling, the member of staff very loudly said urgh why can't she use toilets outside. The poor lady left the store visibly upset. This situation was handled so unprofessionally . I will not be shopping here again. I put all my stuff back and left.

Delighted to see the new manager is a manger we recognised from a different shop. She was always so accommodating. Today was no different. Me and my daughter came in. I am in a wheel chair. My daughter could move me around freely. Every item was well displayed. The shop was clean and tidy. The customer service was spot on. We were served by the manager who really helped my daughter with her purchase. She was helping other customers at the same time but always made sure she checked back with us. We was also helped by another young lady who was very polite and very helpfull. Nothing was a problem. Thank you and we look forward to our next visit.
Always seem to have a much bigger range of clothes than the Lakeside branch!

An amazing store for woman but they have a plus size collection at the back bad rhino for men wow wow wow as a plus size man having this in Romford helps me as a plus size man and I can get clothes to help me look good feel good and happy about myself.... The staff here are amazing and helpful polite courtoues and helpful charming and lovely down to earth and nice.... Compliments from staff when trying on clothes helps you make you feel good and you feel amazing changing rooms smell clean look spotless and spacious and nice shop floor was clutter free tidy sparkling smelling fresh stock levels kept up during the day lots of choice and lots of stock clean tidy respectful
