   Waited 30 mins for a drinks but wasn't because it was busy, the staff were just really slow like they didnt know what they were doing. Got my order wrong 3 times. All tables un cleaned. Looked a mess.

   Great spot to call in for coffee. It looks small when entering the coffee shop, but there is an upstairs. The staff ,polite, and the service is quick. Just over £4 for a large latte xtra hot. Nice leather chairs. Quiet enough to have a conversation upstairs. I have been three times and would definitely call again.

   A lovely place to sit, sip a coffee and grab a snack. Everyone is super friendly, too. An iced cafe mocha in winter might not be everyone’s drink of choice but it was delicious!

   Not your regular Caffè Nero! Barista are very welcoming and very energetic! Friendly, joking & smiling! They are a pleasure to order with. The coffee is good, cakes are good! Just one pointer, they need to clean the bar. The coffee machine looks like it had a few hundred shots and they don’t have time to clean it. 2 persons and hell of a busy. Level 2 is amazingly well decorated. Very warm and well set up. Nice place to take a break after all the walking.

   Lovely setting in the old midland bank building. Staff friendly and atmosphere is more sophisticated than other brands... just a little cold to sit for too long in December.

   If you are happy to wait for 45 minutes in a small que whilst the staff plod along at their own snail like pace then your in for a treat. The drinks are good, hot chocolates are amazing. But the slow service is infuriating.

   Came in with my partner again while we visit because the first time we came it was amazing! This time the staff were rude and short with us, the whole building looked gross and seems to be no care from any staff about the quality of the environment. Disappointed because the first time we visited was amazing. Toilets are definitely still a no go zone.

   Would you like gastoanteritis with your flat white Sir? EVERYTHING in this Cafe was disgustingly filthy: all the glass display cabinets, the floors, behind the counter the food/coffee prep area was filthy and unorganised, the toilets revolting, open bin right next to customer seats, etc. Avoid. No stock in the cabinets and no cream for topping drinks either. Uncaring staff.

   Coffee was great as usual but what made a huge difference was the attitude and customer service. Especially the dark haired guy with the beard. Despite being busy he was extremely friendly and helpful. Well done! Clean toilets and additional seating upstairs were added extras. Was a little warm on the entry level though. Thoroughly impressed overall though.
