   Have been using Ned for what seems like an eternity now. Only ever bring my mechanical work here. First time I came here I had been somewhere else what quoted me £950 to repair my ‘gearbox’ after Ned and the lads had been recommended to me by a family friend they quoted me £40 for that same ‘gearbox’ problem; it ended up being a gearbox mount. Only truthful guys around at the moment.

   Thieves, Thieves, Thieves! Anyone reading this must understand the experience i have had with them. They lie to you about having the right parts in stock and send you the wrong parts just so they can clear their stock. They will be dishonest about their intentions in sending a replacement because you will never get it. i waited 2 months for a replacement. They lie to you again about a refund they have made. Which is what i was told but 3 weeks later, still nothing. Please avoid to save yourself the headache. Not worth even if they were the cheapest provider of parts (they are not). I really wish i could give negative star rating. 1 star is too much for them.

   Rubish service. Ordered a rear lens for a mazda 6 on Thursday for next day delivery. The following Thursday the part has still not arrived so called. Told in a joking manner that it was still on the car but would be removed and sent that day. Finally arrived the following Wednesday (nearly 2 weeks) only to find that it was damaged. Called to complain and was told they the couldn't check every item that was sent !! Asked to speak to a manager but surprise surprise no one available. I called back and said that i would keep it but would like 25% off (I paid £100 for it ) was told they would get back to me. No call so rang again the next day and again told they would call me back. Still waiting!! Would definitely not recommend based on my experience and would question the authenticity of the reviews posted.
