   Service today was appalling. Ordered on the screen, stood around and smiled for the gent to tell me I’ve not ordered and not paid. Made me want to cry to be honest in front of a Que of people. After saying I’ve paid he said yes I’ve got it. Then a lady interrupted and said 5 ahead of you though. There’s just no need to be rude, I came for a quick snack on my lunch break, but won’t bother again. Then they all stand slating customers. Costs nothing to be kind you never know what someone is going through

   We went for lunch today , the cafe looked a mess with lots of tables uncleared , not very inviting . I had to retreive a order number from a pervious customers table as there where none at the order stations . drinks where served on a dirty tray with dirty glasses that we had to get changed. You used to be able to see out of the window but this has been covered in a stark white plastic, floors are dirty , food was very average , scampi overcooked in old oil, peas cold , chicken burger cold . This used to be a lovely cafe with good food but not now , profit before service, the staff are lovely & overworked , I feel sorry for them having to now work in this environment

   I cannot state this enough. Avoid the fish and chips. Its one of the more expensive food options and I swear they must have put it in the coffin with my grandma when she was cremated. It was about as edible as blended cat litter and about as flavourful. I've no doubt that in the morning I'm probably going to spew out of both ends. If I ever come back and the food changes I'll update the review, until then I look forward to my morning of torture as I destroy the toilet.

   Went for a coffee and a bite to eat prior to collecting some glasses and doing a bit of shopping. Tracey behind the counter was friendly, bubbly and knowledgeable. Tracey was also aware of her regular customers and knew what they were going to order. Made my interaction very pleasant and was nice to be able to praise a member of staff directly. Too often we only get to hear about the negatives and we need to feed back on good service too,
