I bought a pair of shoes from this store, and I want to tell anyone thinking about buying them to think twice. These shoes are really uncomfortable, and the insoles are completely uneven. They’re actually terrible. It’s better to buy from a reputable shoe brand instead.

The Tommy Hilfiger store at Wembley Outlet Park has become my new go-to shopping destination. Wonderful atmosphere, high-quality products, availability of sizes, and tidy, well-maintained displays. Tommy Hilfiger Wembley is a massive store with a fantastic selection. The merchandising and atmosphere in the store is on point. The staff were friendly, but needed to be approached for help. Although it’s always appreciated to be left to browse and shop, it would have been nice to be welcomed/acknowledged, hence which I gave them four stars instead of five.

Very bad experience I bought a bag then i need it to withdraw money to pay for it, when i u came back the security guard refused to let me in telling me that store is close, the time was 5:58 and store close at 6 pm !!!!

Loved this shop,walked in and straight away saw a hat I liked. I was with my French friends and they could not stop buying things. Friendly and helpful staff who like to help you if they can. At the till we were offered a 10% discount to sign up to their website, thank you and keep up the good service. Just been back again and the same great experience, the security guard on the door is so friendly and helpful as was the young girl serving. Cheap prices, highly recommended. Thanks to the staff
