   The founder sends a warm thank you email after buying online, but then the support line never answers. I bought a 600€ Barbour jacket that has defects only after two days of wearing it. Barbour tells me to contact the retailer but they do not answer my emails.

   Ordering from this company from the U.S. has been a nightmare. I rarely write reviews, but I want to highlight that this company is not what it claims to be. Immediately after placing my order, I received an email from someone named “Jake,” who said he was the owner and encouraged me to contact him with any issues. Long story short: I placed my order on Nov. 9, and I have yet to receive the package - as of Nov. 23. The company failed to properly label the product—despite charging a hefty tariff fee—and the package has been stuck at the port of entry in New Jersey ever since. I emailed the company four times, including Jake directly, and never heard back. FedEx also attempted to reach them with no response. At this point, I’m not even confident I’ll receive the correct item if it ever arrives. Save yourself the headache and do not do business with this company.

   I ordered a jacket but the one sent was did not match the pictures on their website. After dozens of emails, they never responded. I was charged for both my shipping and return shipping. Stay away from this store.

   Do not use this website even if they have what you want for cheap!!! I bought some Carhartt trousers that were too big, wanted to return them, went on the website and selected return to store option, went to the address in Streatham just to find there is no real store, just an access self storage where stock is kept. Emailed and tried call number six multiple times with no response. Their website claims they offer free returns but wants to charge you for shipping. I cant even get a return label anymore because I selected the return to store option. Avoid this website at all costs, wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them. Absolute scam of a company!

   A wonderful, high-quality clothes and shoe shop in a beautiful street. Carefully curated selection of some of my favourite brands at reasonable prices (considering the quality). Also very friendly but unintimidating staff. I always go in when on Lamb's Conduit Street - just so enjoyable being inside Number Six even if you are not looking for anything specific. Thoroughly recommended!
