   I visited this store last Saturday 13th roughly early evening say between 4.45- 5.30pm. I was served on the last till and Purchased a Christmas jumper with a dog picture on it. I must say the lovely black lady (sorry I had her name written and lost it ) folded my jumper really neatly. Also she had a lovely smile and gorgeous nails lol. Very friendly. Need more staff like that.

   5:13 sun 19 Oct 25 I was in next with my friend as we decided to purchase some items and as I was browsing around the store I had a few products in my hand as a normal customer does. I also have dermatillomania and was picking at my skin whilst holding products and a security guard abruptly approached me and asked what I was doing. He then proceeded to follow me and as a young woman I felt completely uncomfortable and violated. He didn't provide a reason to why he followed me. I felt unsafe in a store that I should feel welcomed in as a customer. Ive been to many next branches such as Stratford Westfield and Gallions reach and never had this experience. I have provided a photo of the security guard I was harassed by, because he was following us. Else, I would not have taken the picture. An example of his harassment is the fact that we were followed up and down the escalator, this establishment is unacceptable in terms of its safety, we're young colored females who obviously feel unsafe if a man is following us around when we had the intention to buy products, another example is this same security guard proceeded to gossip about us to other faculties. Honestly, I would want that employee among others taken care of, else, I recommend for nobody to come here til the staff decide to do their job of making customers feel welcome and not threatened.Below, I have provided the workers profile, if you like I could also provide my diagnosis. I believe compensation is required after this incident.

   I was browsing around next until I was followed and stared at by workers. The security guard which I have not circled followed me during my experience. If he suspected we were doing something he could of approached as I was leaving or watched on shop cameras instead of being so disrespectful. Would not recommend as I have had better service from other Next branches.

   A good home store which has clothing , shoes to children wear . The also have home products right from bedding to wallpaper. A good store you can buy good stuff . They have wherethree floors first being home ,children and shoes second being women clothes and third is men clothing

   Not a fan of the ladies clothes from here. Not really to my taste. I love the kids clothes though. The clothes for girls are really beautiful. They might be expensive but you’re paying for top quality. The coats are really warm and my daughter loved it. The little dresses they have are really lovely. The shoes are cute as well. My son had a coat from here as well that he finds really warm and comfortable. Easy to clean and worth the money. Like that you can order items that’s aren’t in stock or available in your size there in store for collection or delivery to your home. They hardly ever have any decent items in their sales which makes it pointless really to go during sale periods. It is a total mess during sales too.
