   I had a bad experience with this store. if you have made your expensive purchases during the day and decided to come and spend it here. This is a bad idea because you will have to leave your expensive things outside the changing room door unattended. because this Store won't let you take it inside. and no one is responsible if they were stolen. I don't see any point in visiting this place and ruining my mood with such nonsense. there are many places where this is not a problem!!! after all, you understand that if people go shopping, they have purchased things that they are unlikely to leave outside the door without looking at them. Today I wanted to spend some money here but after this I don't even want to go there. What I would like to advise is that if you do not allow customers to take things with them, then you are obliged to provide lockers with a lock for customers where they can store their expensive things while they try on new ones.

   The service was absolutely remarkable. I get a bit nervous and they were closing within 5 minutes yet a staff member called Adrian (along with a very helpful lady) was so professional and patient with me. I asked for a different size whilst nervously looking at the clock, he said it was no problem at all. I've never met a service provider at a young age that can be patient, efficient, and professional all at once whilst making me feel totally at ease. Thank you so much Adrian it actually made me want to buy more.

   Sales staff unfriendly, He told us Last piece of shoes , didn't want to serve us. Although we found by ourselves the size . Many thanks to the cashier and very helpful last gentlemen who brought us the right size to cashier to pay.

   Worst service ever. Buying expensive stuff and then if we want to return they said we cannot accept returns just because I have brought from other JD store. Manager was very very rude. She run away and said do whatever you want to do I will not accept your return.
