Very dismissive unfriendly and unhelpful staff in this Chester branch . I was the only customer and felt I was intruding on their chat…… so I went to Pavers and had excellent service !
I called in to the store this afternoon to buy a pair of insoles for my Ecco golf shoes. Both of the ladies were dealing with customers. I waited patiently by the till but was not acknowledged by either assistant. A simple "I'll be with you shortly" would have been enough. Then a male assistant came out to the till from the back of the shop, again no acknowledgement of me. Thinking that perhaps I was invisible I left the store. I certainly won't be visiting the Chester Ecco store again. Very disappointed with Customer service at this store
Staff are very happy to support and offer constructive comments. After sales service was excellent and resolved a minor issue that we had without fuss. Very good. Oh, and their shoes are very comfortable
My first shopping trip since lockdown, so I was a bit nervous. However, staff were friendly and helpful. Shop was well laid out. Staff helped each other. All round good service
I love the product. It's the staff attitude that is a great turn off. They make no atempt to engage with prospective customers. I walked in and asked the sales person where the male area was. All he said was there as he pointed. It was not a busy afternoon. There was more staff then customers. We went to the men's and looked and discussed about a few pairs all that time no one bothered to attempt and entice us into a sale or purchase. My sympathies to the owner who employs them. They get paid a salary but don't bother to make sales for him. Compared to the branch on Cheshire Oaks which is a lot busier, they make time to ask if they could be of assistance.I suppose it's stick to those u know best.
