   Good selection of clothes, pity the tuxedo we were going to buy, In John Lewis is marked 45% cheaper but don't have the size, they have the size but it's full price plus we will have to pay alterations fees on the sleeve. Ps, the staffs at the men's section were a bit arrogant however the guy who serviced us was a nice young guy friendly and knowledgeable, the other 3 kept us waiting for 10 mins, they look very busy with doing nothing.. strange!!

   Horrible customer service. Staff does not care about you and when you try clothes on you have to wait extremely long for someone to come back to you. It is common for staff to not know about correct measurement. Just went in there to buy shoes, had to wait approx 10min for someone until I decided to ask for a salesperson myself. He gave me my shoes without bothering to open them up ans left. Did not come back so I left and am now heading to Suitsupply where customers feel more appreciated. Seriously, you lose a ton of customers because of it!

   Visited 19/09/2025 - Great experience picking up 6 shirts for work/leisure. Ana and Ali were professional and involved in getting my measurements, finding me the right fits and advising me on a colour array. The other staff were just as good from the Doorman to the Sales-desk however I didn’t get their names. Huge selection of shirts, jackets, polos, pants and accessories. I hope to come back for some winter clothing/jackets in the near future and this is the first place I’d consider for a smart fit. Thank you Ana/Ali

   The Quality of the shirts are great the quality of the service that goes with the shirts in the worst experience you can expect I waited over 2 weeks for my order only to be told that they could not track it and that I would have to place the order again. Just to add further insult I was told the offer I had used no longer applied then they ended the support

   The quality of the shirts are rubbish. You can buy better quality and material I kid you not from primark for a fraction of the price. Cheap paper thin material £500 for 5 shirts I bought 5 shirts from primark from the rich cotton selection all 5 cost me the price of one. And the quality is so much better, feels so much better and looks even better
