The layout looked chaotic, with clothes scattered and sizes missing from most racks. It became hard to recognise what was new stock and what had simply been left behind by other customers. Staff hardly acknowledged anyone, even when people clearly needed help. The fitting rooms were untidy, and waiting to pay took far longer than it should. Overall, it felt stressful and poorly run. I expected something much better from H&M.

This happened on upper floor tills- A customer pushed in front of me in line I told the staff that was serving her (short lady wearing a cap). I told the staff that this customer you are about to serve pushed in-front of me so can you serve me first, she looked at me like she didn’t understand English then proceeded to claim “I didn’t see” sure, I was the only person in the que at the time the mannerless customer pushed in front of me how could she not see??? Regardless another staff came and served me and upon turning away from the tills the staff began to giggle with her colleague behind me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour I was left feeling humiliated. I have escalated this matter with H&M customer service. Staff like this woman need to re-trained into how to deal with customers who push in line and also to be taught manners and proper understanding of English.

I'll start by saying that my choice was based on purely practical needs: autumn was approaching, which meant colder weather, so I needed to update my outerwear. My search criteria were simple: practicality, reasonable price, and a neutral look. I visited several stores and tried on quite a few styles. In the end, I settled on a jacket made of synthetic fabric, with a classic cut and a dark color. It met my criteria, fit well, and was within my budget. The sales assistant was polite, but not overly pushy. The purchase was quick and hassle-free.

do not recommend going here, came for a return the woman doing it didn’t explain what i had to show and got rude when i was confused, accidentally tapped the wrong card and went back to ask the worker because i was confused on whether it would still process she pretended not to know what i was talking about and then rudely said it goes into whatever card ONLY TO ME after being nice to multiple other customers before me, not worth the hassle especially when ur going to be hostile towards me when im just like every other paying customer

Not a great experience. Nobody was working in the changing rooms so stood there waiting for anyone to show up, one of the staff that was stocking items told us to just get in, so we did. When I walked out of the changing room, the assistant was there and with a rude tone asked where is the number for the clothes and I told him that he wasn't there. After I got my item and paid for it at the self checkout leaving the store the security alarm rang so o asked assistant if they could deactivate it she said no, it's like this. So after that every single store I walked in to the alarm was going off!!!! It was so frustrating keeping to explain to security that tą just a 4£ h&m t-shirt that keeps going off because staff could've bothered to deactivate it. Horrible experience, staff doesn't look like they wanna be there.

Nice staff with good customer service and very helpful, even the security guard helped with my enquiry, the Asian guy with glasses.

Entered the kids store today. To return an online order for my child. How they can't manage the returns downstairs and send customers up stairs to the adult section. The STAFF upstairs are so rude. A young woman in particular when returning has no customer service skills at all. She didn't know what she was doing. This needs to be changed ASAP. Kids returns should be down stairs.

Although I do find what I need for my children online so I shop their mainly, I do often pop in and purchase too. When returning items I have no idea why they send customers returning kids clothing upstairs to the adult sections - this is totally unnecessary! Upstairs department do what downstairs department can do too. Utterly laziness. The shop floor / the layout of the clothing needs a revamp too.

DO NOT WORK HERE! Its because of them that I now do not have any confidence to work anywhere, as someone who was struggling with anxiety and yet the management didn't even care. The training they provide as well as the company morale here is awful, everyone who works here are simply downright rude. They don't care about investing in the employees or providing a safe space. It's not inclusive of those that struggle with certain mental health conditions, in my experience anyway. I hate this place.

I came across a very rude worker. She was working downstairs and I asked her if I could return at the till. She rolled her eyes but didn’t realise I saw. She had a horrid attitude and said no with no explanation why. Why are there tills downstairs if no one is working down there?! I give this 2 starts, and not 1, as this store always have a handful of Great items but that member of staff put me off! She is short and the day I went was either a Tuesday or Friday. I really wish I spoke to me manager about her but I let it slide. Now I’m thinking of it, it was so unnecessarily rude!
