   Ordered online, a replacement product arrived with no explanation of why the original wasn't available. Customer service is terrible, have requested a VAT invoice numerous times, no one seems to have any responsibility, it's always someone else's department. Promised call backs never happen. Useless.

   Product arrived damaged inside the box. Customer service is non-existent, and the boy who answers the phone is clueless. They simply do not respond to emails.

   NO stars whatsoever if google allowed Customer service is non existence promised and assured at least 8 times over 10 days with me phoning them every time goods in stock, goods on way, they will phone me etc etc Not one phone call back not one phone call as promised and 11 days later still no goods I will also be contacting their supplier brand of the goods I wanted to make them aware of my disappointment
