Hillwood service our fleet of work vehicles, trailers and my personal cars. They even replaced the chassis of my old Land Rover. They can do pretty much everything! A great team of professionals.
Not a proffesional outfit at all. Was sent wandering around a huge yard to find our vehicle whilst there are other trucks being moved around whilst trying to find someone who could help me to find the keys, to be ignored whilst the 'staff' who were clearly too busy standing around around chatting or on a mobile phone and to be passed about from one person to another as they accuse each other of knowing about our vehicle as a form of entertainment and amusement amongst themselves. I am sure that some may find this approach of 'customer service' acceptable and are happy to pay for a service like this, gladly I am not one of them.

Terrible. I tried this company out and they quoted me £600 for a part which could be found for £120 just about anywhere, when I questioned the price they basically told me thats not how they work and I should just accept the cost regardless to get the vehicle back on the road. Awful, waste of my time and thank god I didn't let them do the work.
Unexpected problem with my Van Brakes. Workshop diagnosed problem but had a Full Schedule. They agreed to keep the van in the hopes that time to do repairs became available and it did so, albeit a couple of days later (which I had said I was happy to accept, Van with no brakes is no use). Very pleased with the Workshop and Booking In for getting me Mobile ASAP. TOP MARKS ALL ROUND.
