Awful! Anyone would think I was trying to buy a kitchen from them. Rang at least 5 times to chase up my request for a kitchen design and I’m told that Stuart will have it over by the end of the day, still no design and no contact. Really really poor customer service, avoid like the plague and use another company or depot.
Just had the worst experience with Mark at Howdens Irlam, I had an account, not used for a while so my account was closed. They did take my order on another account. This was there idea not mine. But when collecting would not provide a receipt. I spoke with Mark on the phone who didn't want to speak to me, but did with a terrible negative attitude. I was trying to speak with him, just spoke over me and then put the phone down. I wont be opening another account. Shocking customer service.
I would like to highly recommend the team at Irlam to anyone who is looking for a new kitchen or for any of your joineryneeds. The professional advice, the attention to detail and the customer service is second to none. If you are considering using Howdens in Irlam you won't go wrong. I can't thank them enough for all of there help.

Lazy and very unhelpful, i took some measurements in of a door frame I needed and the girl on the counter (the only helpful one in there) was unsure of the sizes so went into the back office, which is visible frim the counter, to get help form one of the three lads in there. Their reply was "haven't got a clue if we have that size". They didn't even bother to come through to the counter to speak to me or even check the system for stock and just continued to chat while the girl had to come out and apologise to me on their behalf. Very very unprofessional .
