   I turned up on a whim as my X5M was due for its MOT im a few days and BMW was "busy" the whole weekend. The car was inspected to the same high standard BMW would have done. It was mentioned to me that the rear pads were ever so slightly more worn than the front...but i was advised to change them when they need changing or ironically when the brake sensors show they need changing. Simple no extra fuss was made about them...no pressure or trying to fleece customers for unnecessary extra work to be done, which iv had in the past with local garages.. I genuinely have no problem taking in any of my cars/vans here opposed to the main dealer for MOT in the future. Thanks again

   Took my Golf in for repair as I was experiencing a couple of issues. Qasim (the boss) dealt with me extremely professionally, and made sure that I understood what was wrong with my car and what the exact fix would be, he is very knowledgeable and got the job done first time - Ive had no issues with my car since.    Firstly I'm not the guy to write bad reviews but this one is a must. Very disappointed with this place. Feels like I've been conned. Originally went there as I had smoke coming out of the car. After investigating the problem I was told there's a water leak and it would cost £130 to repair and I agreed. A few days later the problem was the same after driving it above 5 miles. Brought it back in and then told me the headgaskit has blown and he doesn't touch that. No refund or compensating what so ever. So I decided to take it to a professional who straight away found the problem and it wasn't the headgskit it was the welsh plugs that were croaded. Cost was £16 plus the labour. The car is working now perfectly. Therefore I do not recommend this place as they are either dishonest or unprofessionals or both
