   Today 06/09/2025 I Had A Problem With My Exhaust & kwik Fix They Recommend Waverley Auto Services On Golden Hillock Road !! I got there about 10:00am this morning and they told me whoever i bought the car off done a bad job with the exhaust, so the owner said he could get me the 2 parts and he will charge me £215, I also needed my left break back light changing, I give them the bulb to do that, they called me about 4 hours later saying the job is done, When I arrived iI gave the £215 in cash he asked for £10 more for changing the bulb, I didnt complain and paid it, When waiting around I had a look at the job they done and noticed my break light wasn't working, he told me to wait until the worker come back off break, while waiting I tested my exhaust and noticed it started leaking from the pipe and there was a strong smell of petrol coming from it, I told the main man ( with squeaky voice ) and he said come back in 2 weeks any problems we will fix it, He wanted me to leave with a leak knowing I stated it smelt like strong petrol coming out, I also had a child with me, A customer waiting for his car to be repaired, asked what had happened and I told him and showed him the pictures and vidoes before I had given my car to this garage, he helped and argued my case for them to fix the problem. The worker was denying the leak even though I showed him the videos from the car, He raised his voice and was very disrespectful, They were denying everything, They didnt want to help, I felt very vulnerable because I had already paid the bill before noticing these problems, After about a hour of going back and fourth, He eventually states he has fixed the problem (fingers crossed) he then asked if I paid I said yes, he then was telling me to come inside for a minute saying he has done this and done that, So I needed to pay more which was a lie he hadnt done anything but use a screw driver and drill by my exhaust. Please guys avoid this place. I also thank god for the customer in the picture below in the grey tracksuit bottoms who was there who helped, if it wasn't for him I recon I would still be there now with my child or have paid more !! I have never experienced anything like this. Im still in shock now. Please avoid

   Very very rude and greedy people....they asking money for the labor charge for a bulb replacement which they couldn't do it...for £5 he showed his real face to me... absolute scammers.. please please avoid this place...they are not professional and very rude mannered..I wish I could give them a 0 star rating

   The customer service at this place is shocking! Would not recommend at all. These people are scammers and charge way too much. The guy with the squeaky voice (don’t know his name) is absolutely rude. I asked for a quote and the guy told me to take my car elsewhere in a rude tone because he was busy and had other customers. Will be reporting them to Trading Standards and recommend everyone else does too.

   Very careful.Scammer!! 17/05/2024, Just let you know everyone, please be careful if you do any work with Waverley auto services. Because one Indian old man and one old black male change my car rear disc and pads. And they didn’t done my job properly. I found after drive 40 miles straightway smoke and burning my car.on disc and pads area. Then I went to halford stay all day with them at the end they found my new disc my hand break shoe set and new pads are damage. Waverley auto services make all this trouble for me. They are big scammer or don’t know how to do the job. You decide. Nearly I lost of damage worth of £300.00 Thanks.

   Prices are reasonable,but no organisation took them 3 days to sort my car out due to wrong part.also noticed a scrape on my vehicle.woudnt recommend

   Useless place. If you are happy for a long wait with no instructions about how long you need to wait then go here...garage service also useless...mechanic told me they don't want to talk to the customers so deal with management. When I asked how long he may be before he finished his job was rudely told I don't know....you are a mechanic?! Won't be going here again....

   Disgusted. My rear brake caliper failed. I told the fat guy(The owner) i came from Bradford and now im stuck i need help. So i told him i have a new caliper and just need the rear brake pipe so he said i need to check it. So he tried to sell me brake shoes aswel. I told him im stuck and dont have much money so please do the caliper and the pipe. So he then said 80 pound for a 30cm copper pipe and to fit my caliper.. I was gob smacked and saod i cant afford it so then he said give me a tenner for looking at it.. He would only do the wprk if i bought brake shoes.. I was bullied into paying 80 for work that should have been 40 quid..He took advantage that i need to get back to bradford.. He was extremely rude and arrogant... I WOULD ADVISE U GUYS GO TO A DIFFERENT SHOP WHERE I HET RESPECT AND GOID SERVICE AND NOT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OUT OF... NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THAR IN MY LIFE...

   Completey useless they wasted over an hour off mine said they will be done in 45 minutes but they didn't even touch the car until an 1 hour later it was a simple job it's like they have loads off time on their hands but they need to understand time is valuable and people don't want to waste there time absolutely regret going to these nasty people oh they haven't even got a milligram off manor's absolutely rude the lot off them if I hadn't paid frist I would have went elsewhere stay away if you value your time so in total I was there for 2 hours

   Good customer service, prices are reasonable but need to check the quality of product, parking on side , MoT center and parts can be fitted by their mechanic.Delivery of parts available.
