Amazing garage, great staff and great prices too. I had a major service and MOT for my vehicle which came in under £170 which I thought was great value. They even cleaned my car too. Can't recommend enough. Thankyou Birmingham Auto Centre!
I went to renew my MOT. They pretend to find faults on my car that needs repairing. They started with 1 fault and ended with 7 faults they not exist. They try to scam me. What they don't know I'm also a car mechanic I now they trying on me. Just to let others beware they are not honest they find excuse to Rip you off be warned.
Took my car in for its MOT (bring it here every year as does my partner). Very helpful and friendly team as always, I was updated every step of the way, honest prices for repairs. Would recommend to anyone and will continue trusting them with my car.
I cannot recommend this garage enough. Every time we have gone there they have really looked after us. They have always been very clear, honest and genuine. We will definitely continue to use this garage going forward.
Took the car for an MOT and the consequent work that needed doing. Initially they seemed fair and trustworthy, they quoted around £500 for the parts and labour. They took 3 weeks to fix my car, it was a big job however after getting a second opinion this is much longer than it needed to take. This caused lots of inconvenience - having to miss work and pay around £100 in taxis. Communication was poor, we had to phone up several times to get updates and we’re just told ‘it should be the next few days’ every time. I received a call on Friday saying the car was ready to collect “anytime”. We asked how much it was going to be and they said it would be the price quoted (Approx £500). I went on Saturday morning and then they told me that they actually weren’t done, the MOT hadn’t been completed and so I needed to come back later. They then also told me it was going to cost £745. Where has this extra £200+ come from overnight? We expressed we were unhappy and we were refunded £30, but this does nothing to help the extra £200+ cost added to the bill and the times we have had to pay for taxis and miss work due to not having the car. When visiting the garage we also noticed that the majority of staff members were smoking while in the workshop and working on cars. This seems incredibly dangerous and unprofessional.

Top people for the job on your car. Been looking after my and my wife's cars for past 4-5 years. Very fair and will not beat around bushes, will tell you exactly how it is and what to expect to pay. Never ever had any issue with repairs they carried out.
Did a MOT last Saturday on my car and failed on numerous things, my dad is mechanic by trade and has checked my car over and said nothing is wrong and we’ve took it to another place for MOT and they have passed it! I’ve tried to speak to them to discuss it and met with aggressive behaviour over the phone. They even failed it for a light on the dash that wasn’t there when I picked it up! I would not recommend going to this garage and they are trying to rip people off! Apparently they have videoed my car but won’t send the video to myself or my dad when asked for it over the phone! Pretty sure it’s one of those garages that see a young girl and tries to take advantage of them taking the guess they don’t know much about cars! I’m lucky that my dads a mechanic and wouldn’t have me driving around in something that’s not safe! Booked through bookmygarage and they cancelled my appointment after so I wasn’t able to review through the site.. seemed odd.
