I’m new to Birmingham and had an issue with my clutch, so I took my car to Zebi. He turned out to be one of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve met. He explained everything clearly, guided me through what needed to be done and repaired the car the same day. The price was fair and the service felt completely honest. They’re professional, friendly and genuinely care about their customers. I’d give more than five stars if I could. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car.

Had some issues with my car engine and took it to Pindi Autos on Medlicott Road. Zebby was the guy who looked after it — really friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He got it sorted quickly and explained everything clearly. No fuss, no runaround, just proper honest service. Definitely recommend if you're having car troubles.

Was actually recommended this garage from another garage because they were busy at the time. Drove down said come back on x day because they were busy, arrive on said date, states we have no time. Absolutely terrible customer service.

NOT KEYBOARD WARRIOR I took my car for some problem. They told me ... thats not an issue at all, we will fix it.. But you need to come after 10 days. I asked the owner that are they VAT registered, as I need to go through warranty claim. He confirmed me that ...yes they do..don't worry. I took my car again on my appointment time and day... they told me that I need to wait as they are already fixing couple of other cars.. After waiting 2 hours, he told me that they are not VAT registered ...... It can be told on my 1st visit..10 days back.

Had some work done to replace rocker cover gasket and was charged for parts and labour. Developed problems with same area not long after, took back to garage and they were reluctant to look at the issue even though the car was left with them for several days. Finally managed to get a refund and decided to go to another garage to fix the issue which was diagnosed within 5 minutes. The part that I was originally charged for had not actually been changed but they had used sealant which had now caused more damage on the engine. Am looking at a several hundred pounds bill to repair! Reply to owner; Yes after the initial job was done the car it continued to leak oil so was bought back to have a look it, it took you 9 days after several phone calls and a few visits to even open the bonnet to check because we kept getting told u were 'busy with other customers cars'. Finally were told its now rocker cover that's damaged and needs replacing, something you failed to notice while changing the rocker cover gasket. I then spoke to 3 independent garages they all said that's not a part that is commonly damaged/worn and would have happened if over tightened on a fitting. We then agreed to split the cost of the job of replacing this, I did not ask for any freebees thank you. Was told initially part should 7 days to arrive, then 2 weeks, then a month by which time we were fed up and went to another garage. My father in law then asked what's going as this was becoming a joke and the car was needed, not parked around the corner for weeks on end.. and he's retired by the way. Yes you probably don't need customers like me who give you repeat business, recommend you, pay promptly and expect the job to done right in the 1st place.
