Booked in for the Xmas fayre dinner. Great value for 3 courses and good choices to pre-book. The service was good and friendly. The food was plenty full and delicious.

Went for lunch today and wasnt disappointed. The food was lovely and very well priced. It was decorated for Christmas and was looking lovely, the staff were very friendly especially Tracey who kindly looked after us. Will definitely be going again.

Fantastic! We had two nights here at the start of the week as we were working in the area. First time we have stayed but it certainly won’t be the last. Lovely rooms, really good food (and a cracking pint - or ‘two’ of TT Landlord) Everyone in the team working there were extremely friendly - thank you for that. A big shout out to Stu, the chef. Passionate about what he does - Top man! See you again.

Absolutely amazing place. Decor is stunning. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed for 4 nights with breakfast. Food was lovely. Had a couple of evening meals too which were lovely too. Can't find any fault. Would highly recommend. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel welcome.

Room and bed clean enough, en suite bathroom run down and in need of some attention though! Says 3 star on front door but I would seriously question that rating. At best its a 2 star hotel. Breakfast nice enough but no real coffee to be found anywhere which was disappointing. Service could be better too. It has all you need if you are a workman needing a bed for the night but I wouldn't stay here again I'm afraid!

The staff were nice, but I would consider staying elsewhere in future. We stayed in room 8. The mattress was lumpy and in very poor condition… and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a bathroom/shower with so much mould. The sheets and towels were clean, but the general upkeep of the place was poor at best.

The service was great, the lady who booked us in was expeditious in her speed - others might want to take note! - food and drinks well priced. The room was a little small, the bed SO soft that we ended up bringing in our airbed from our camping trip to put up as it would've caused my joints havoc. The room we were warned gets hot, yet there was no fan or cooling aid to counter its noted problem. To add to this, our bathroom, although exclusive to our room was down the hall, meaning that our loud and creaky door and floorboards were made heard when accessing the bathroom, passing by the room next door. The walls were quite thin as we could hear our neighbours when they woke, so very aware that we likely disturbed them. The building has such potential!
