    Ordered 2 pairs of socks but only got one... then they sent pictures of somebody standing with 2 pairs of socks and said that was them being packed but clearly not as I only got one so would not chance buying from these people

    I buy a lot of my Daughter’s clothes from here online and have done for many years. Their service is amazing, delivery is always quick and nothing is too much trouble if you need to email them. Beautiful items and my Daughter loves it when they send sweets or like today a little Easter colouring pack. So thoughtful, it’s the little things! Thank you for your shading service over the years.

    Fantastic service on two occasions where DPD lost our parcel sent by Panache, they organised a replacement parcel within a few days which was great ! On another occasion, we returned a coat without the packaging and label and they still refunded it for us as it was not suitable. I will continue to kit out my little one with products from this company - Highly recommended !

    If I could give zero stars I would, I have never been treated so badly by a company as I was by them. My parcel arrived with the end cut off and contents missing from the parcel. I was told that the photo from DPD clearly shows the contents in tact! It absolutely does not, it was an empty bag! I am so upset and angry, they have refused to reimburse me, wouldn’t resend the items and were incredibly condescending in all correspondence. Have said I need to fill out a complaints form with DPD. I honestly can’t believe it! I am now out of pocket, with no items. I have bought from them many times before but never, ever again.

    Extremely insulted at the sheer disrespect from the owner Trudi. This is apparently how she speaks about her customers who have built her business. Also being “elderly” is apparently a free pass to being rude, but I am pretty sure she knows what’s right from wrong. And yes, I called and requested for a refund as dpd lost my parcel. I called 3 times before finally getting a response. I wouldn’t recommend Panache, take your business elsewhere, I know I will be.

    Order a pair of Lelly Kelly shoes for my girl starting school and within 3 days the little puppy badge fell apart. My little girl now has plain pair - she keeps asking for the puppies and Panache kids said they’d send out replacements but never received. Bit disappointing as the order and everything came though quickly, i just wish I orders from Lelli Kelly as did so last year and got 3x clips ons with my order - strangely they don’t fit these particular Lelli Kelly shoes.

    Absolutely disgusting customer service!! I have ordered from them for last few years. My parcel was left in my garden and was stolen! For three weeks I was chasing them and they did not answer emails or the shop number! Eventually when I did, they was no help whatsoever! So I have paid over £100 for items in which I have NEVER received!! And they did absolutely nothing to help or resolve the matter or replace the items!! I would recommend never to purchase from them! Never have I received such bad customer service in my life!!

    I ordered my daughter some converse, they came really fast and they are perfect. I was a bit nervous about using the website as I hadn't used them before or heard of them but they are definitely a trusted site and I'll use them again for both my daughters. 5 stars great service.

    I have shopped from here for the last few years and have spent hundreds with them. Originally I left a great review but have now decided to edit it and leave a more up to date one. Well… what can I say?! Absolutely shocking customer service, appalling communication and I’ll never be ordering from here again. I received a dress that I ordered in their clearance section. Originally it was about £125. When it arrived before I’d even removed it from the packaging I noticed two small defects. I then noticed a much larger third defect. I called them immediately and was asked to send photos and not to worry as this can be resolved quickly. I explained this is a flower girl outfit for a wedding in a few days time. I sent requested photos and two days later there was no reply. I messaged on Instagram, to which wasn’t read. I then sent a second message asking someone to acknowledge my email. 4 days later and less than 48 hours until the wedding this dress is needed for I was told I couldnt have an exchange as there aren’t any more in stock. Well they’ve left it that long to contact me back even if there was one in stock it wouldn’t have arrived in time. I was also told I can’t have a further discount on it. I wasn’t after a partial refund. I wanted the dress that was advertised and that I paid for! A dress in immaculate condition. The listing should have said the dress had defects. Not have shown a dress in perfect condition! The paperwork sent with this dress says that the dress has been checked, along with a signature. This dress had not been checked. I am note frantically trying to find a replacement flower girl dress for one days time. To say I’m disgusted is an understatement. Return custom or any custom for that matter is clearly not appreciated. Their customer service is horrific and they sent out items that are not fit to be worn. If I lived closer I’d have gone in and demanded for this issue to be rectified. Cowboys.
