   We had our Christmas party here last year and loved it but this year we had one problem after another we were put right in the middle of all the drinkers with people pushing past all the time We didnt get the peppercorn sauce with any of the steaks that we paid extra for We got food missing and received food we didnt order We had people getting served then a 20 minute gap before others got theirs We waited ages for the desserts then got cold meat pies served with gravy!!! No apologies no discounts Abysmal. Never again

   We held our Christmas party at this venue and can honestly say that the staff could not have been more helpful. The food was amazing, a huge hit. There was a DJ and the tunes kept coming and staff were able to play Darts. Everything from the atmosphere, service and overall experience was amazing.

   Went for Bottomless Brunch here and will definitely return! Simple but varied choice of dishes and great drinks, that kept on coming. Wonderful service from Charlotte who looked after us very well, can’t praise her enough. Ended up playing darts which was a lot of fun!

   Had a very enjoyable Christmas lunch with my work colleagues. The three course Christmas meal was excellent value for £17.50, with a nice twist on the Christmas theme. I had Pulled Turkey Yorkie to start, Santa's Christmas Beast burger for main and Festive Guinness Brownie for dessert. Staff were friendly and welcoming, providing and efficient service and we didn't feel rushed. The team seemed to enjoy themselves. Thank you so much to Sasha and all the staff at Bungalow & Bears for the delicious food and being so accommodating. Hope to see you again soon.

   Where to begin? On arrival there was no one around to ask for our reserved table so we had to search the venue and eventually found it ourselves. Instantly my daughter remarked on how her arms were sticking to the table. Clearly the spilled alcohol had never been properly cleaned off. My daughter went to order and after telling the staff member our food order she double checked with him because it seemed too cheap and he had missed off our starters. That corrected we waited for the food which in fairness didn't take long however they brought both our starters and mains at the same time! We had ordered a large cheese garlic bread to share with our mains however we were brought 2 slices of burned garlic bread in a bowl (see pic) Since we had paid 5.50 we asked if this was correct and were told the staff member was only a week into their job and had ordered the £1 side instead. This still didn't explain why it was so dry and burnt. The correct item swiftly followed (we hadn't been charged correctly so technically it was now free but we didn't eat the burnt one) but as we had been eating our starters whilst our mains were sat there going cold it really wasn't a great experience. Nearly £60 spent for a disappointing meal and a diet coke each. If you want to listen to excessively loud music and swill alcohol around then this is the place for you. Anything more than that I'd look elsewhere.

   Went as a group of 8, I had the nachos which were good! Some of our group had bits missing from the meals with no explanation or forewarning but nothing too major. Cocktails were decent and drinks service was really quick. Food service was a bit disappointing as there was a long wait between the first person getting their meal and the last person getting theirs.

   Lovely place, really good atmosphere, the service is friendly and helpful. We had the BBQ pulled pork burger and Katsu chicken, both were great, really tasty. Have been back since for the 5 for £18 small plates which were all very tasty.

   Great selection of burgers. I went for the triple house-a tasty trio layer of meats to fill you to next week with fries all neatly presented on a compact plate (won't lie, I did lose some fries while manoeuvring the burger around the dish). And the tortillas - an apparent underdog in the menu, but hands down the best tortillas I've ever had. Made an instant fan of me - a must try! Fast service, good food, and a big smile from me!

   Whatever you do, make sure to try the nachos! Best nachos I ve had, not for the toppings themselves, but the actual tortilla. 1000% worth it! We also had burgers, very tasty, good portions, great value for money. Today we tried the Triple House and the Notorious P.I.G., both great options. But don't leave without trying the nachos! Overall good service, can't complain about anything, order came through quite fast. Definitely coming back to try more dishes (keeping nachos as a staple)!
