   I’ve been shopping at Brian’s for 7 years, and it’s the best place to go if you want your kids to have properly fitted shoes. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and highly skilled in measuring and fitting. On several occasions, I’ve brought my kids in only to be told they don’t actually need new shoes — which shows their honesty and care. Other times, they’ve recommended going up a size, ensuring the best fit. Either way, I always leave feeling confident in the service. Special thanks to Caroline, Mandy, and Tanith for their excellent help!

   I purchased some shoes for my 4 year old granddaughter. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Don’t let the dated interior put you off. Correctly fittings shoes for growing feet is so important and the staff at this shop really know what they are doing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my granddaughter.

   I always have a positive experience at Brian’s with my children. They are very helpful - especially with my child who has sensory issues when it comes to shoes. I always walk out knowing my kids have the right shoes for their feet, which won’t hinder their growth. The staff are very friendly and lovely and they put in a real effort with the children !

   Low class workers! Trashy! Started buying shoes here in the nineties but it's deteriorated dramatically. I went in with a friend who needed a shoe for her child and the big woman down on the floor looked up and said "the last minute stragglers are here....they dress cheap but put on an expensive shoe Another time after being told I could use a gift receipt after returning a shoe they then went back on their word and refused. So no shoe no credit but they could sell the shoe I gave back twice since it was returned to them untouched. All the terrible reviews here do not surprise me at all!!!!! Greatful for so many other excellent high class places to shop at!

   Really disappointing and unfriendly service. It seems like they like certain customers and spend ages with them…. But everyone else…very different story. The shoes are incredibly expensive yet the layout and feel of the shop is cheap, and the service is minimal. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

   I went into Brian’s yesterday with my two young children. Geraldine was so kind and patient with them both and could not have given us better service. I have been into the shop a few times and they never tell you new shoes are needed when they aren’t. They are always happy to do a quick shoe check to ensure the fit is ok. Thank you for a wonderful service!

   My mum took me to this beautiful shop when I was girl, and when I became a mother, I took my own daughter there... We have been happily shopping there for 12 years. I appreciate their kind attention to detail, to ensure my daughter's narrow foot is properly shod. The quality shoes are comfortable and durable.

   I went to Brian’s to get my daughter her first pair of ballet shoes after trying (and failing) to buy 4 pairs online. I wish I would have just gone to the team at Brian’s first. They were so lovely and patient with her, making sure she had the had the perfect fit for her first lesson.

   Very rarely (if ever!) have I felt the need to contact a business to let them know what wonderful service I received, but today your staff went above and beyond and I just had to let you know how impressed I was. I was served by a lady called Tan and her knowledge, patience and the way she dealt with my 2 year old was just fantastic. A lady called Sharon also helped us and again, she was so helpful and just lovely with my daughter. We left with two pairs of shoes and will definitely be back when we need some more. Your staff really are a credit to your business.
