Staff seem so laid back they are almost horizontal. Not much choice of shoes or variety for women, in my opinion, for the shoes that I wanted. Not with the visit all the way from SW19.
I’ve been a loyal and regular customer of this brand for a long time and have always appreciated the quality and service until my recent visit to the Wembley outlet. Unfortunately, this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Both managers were extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no regard for basic customer care. Their behaviour was not only disappointing but also completely out of line with the standards I’ve come to expect from the brand. It’s disheartening to see such a poor level of service, especially from individuals who are supposed to represent and uphold the reputation of the company. This experience has genuinely shaken my faith in the brand. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper training and accountability, so no other loyal customer has to go through something similar. #ClarksoutletWembleypark

I usually buy my work shoes here. Each pair I brought here can last up to 5 years for me because the make is really durable. Plus, it's a little less because it's an outlet shop.
I had the most pleasant experience in Clarkes Wembley outlet and this is all down to Heather . For the first time , I received red carpet treatment - Heather helped me chose the right pair of shoes and even went the extra mile to check out the back to see if they had my size in store. This blew me away given I’ve been in the suite many times and when asking if they could check out the back for my size if it wasn’t displayed - the short answer I received if it’s not on the display shelf, we don’t have them. Heather , fine her job exceptionally well & proved the theory wrong as my size was out the back - last pair - I was lucky and very grateful to Heather . She helped me with the sizing, gave me the sound advice, ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority snd nothing was too difficult . I ended up buying two pairs of shoes as a result of the service provided by Heather . Overall, Heather is a valuable asset to Clarkes - she is polite, professional, knowledgeable with the best customer care values and equally stroke s good rapport - I felt like a queen - old school ways are hard to beat svd find these days. Heather, only for you - I would have left the store - gladly , you were there and thank you for giving me the most pleasant shoe shopping experience at Clarkes - it’s a first. I think there are quite a few Clarkes store staff that could take a leaf and lessons from Heathers book. Thank you again. Love my shoes .
A good range, although Inevitably a bit lacking in the most popular sizes. Good to be able to see and try on shoes rather than ordering online. Helpful staff, not too pushy!
Good service under difficult conditions. They have done well. They size your shoes as you wait outside which cuts down the time inside the shop. Staff are plentiful and knowledgeable as you would exoext from Clarks. A bit pricey but you get good quality shoes
Prices are exactly the same as in other stores. They just chnage the labels to make it look as of it is a discounted price. I was fortunate enough to find the exact same shoes I saw in a town center shop. The outlet had exactly the same price after discount :-(. I dont know if this the same for all (but it was for the shoes I was looking for) so I will give benefit of doubt. Store layout is great with lots of spaces to walk around without bumping into people and looking at footwear in peace.
Good to come in because they have reasonable price. I feel sorry to give less stars but I was looking for help more than 15 min because the shop are short of staff, also if you decide to buy have to wait on the tills because most of the time nobody there :( .
