   I have been in the shop a couple of time because I really like their product but I have always found staff to be bordering on rude usually ignoring the customers. Today I wanted to try on some sandals on sale but couldn't fine any of the socks that should be available. So, being ignored I tried on a couple of pairs until somebody eventually came up. After having been ignored for about 5 minutes, I was now being patronised with 'elderspeak' and being called 'darling'. Not impressed with the whole experience I just walked out.

   Excellent customer service. They have always been very helpful when buying shoes for my kids over the years but I was particularly impressed when lately I had a problem with a pair of Clarks shoes which was not very well manufactured and they were so helpful in liaising with Clarks, taking the shoes back and gave my son a brand new pair.

   Useful to have a local shoe shop on Lordship Lane. I am unwilling to buy shoes without trying on as sizes and fittings can vary between makes. A full range of brands is stocked including Ecco, Schuh, Josef Seibel, Skechers and others. Good children's department , too. Helpful fitting staff.

   Amazing stuff, caring and very patient, after experiencing shopping with my young 3 (one screaming toddler and two children running around + the family puppy). They made sure I was taking care of and helped me get my two eldest to sit and "paint" and my screaming toddler as settled as possible to measure and find two new pairs of shoes. Excellent customer service. Thank you once again for taking up the challenge of a very tricky toddler.
