   I had the best experience and service from Katie. I was so indecisive and had no idea what kind of boots I wanted for my trip to Sweden, I just knew I needed something warm. Katie introduced me to a brand I’d never heard of before, Panama Jack. Although they were slightly out of my original price range, they are incredibly comfortable, warm, and honestly the best pair of boots I’ve ever worn, absolutely worth the price. I’ll definitely be coming back for another pair!

   SOLE Westfield White City, London, order S518604 Awful customer service, due to bad-mannered store assistants who refused to accept a return claiming that the sole of one shoe had faint dust marks. The shoes looked brand new with all labels attached. I offered to come back after I cleaned the very faint marks, but they impolitely refused. I asked to talk to the manager. A women came and immediately started to threaten us, allegedly claiming that we were rude to her colleagues. We were not rude, and that can be testified by the customers who were present in the store at that moment. When asked about her name the manager said she was called Kate. I asked for the full name, but she refused to reveal it. She called the security straight away. The security arrived and all the customers were laughing at her inappropriate behaviour. I asked for her assistance once again, and because the security personnel had the video recording on, she accepted to assist with the collection job. Disappointing experience caused by the store manager and her incompetent and rude staff. I returned the same pair of shoes to Sole Oxford Street a week later without any issues.

   Was interested in a pair of shoes, asked someone for my size, she snatched it out my hand as if id asked for something offensive. Came back with the right size shoes and dumped them on the couch next to me. I liked the shoes, so I tried them on despite the incredible rudeness. They fit and was about to buy them, however, I once again attempted to get one of the staffs attention (three people behind the till, one working, the other two doing the most to ensure no one interacted with them) I gave up and walked out. Will be actively avoiding this brand/shop in the future. Give it a miss, not worth your time.

   It felt like I was invisible. The lady in the shop just stand there and didn’t even ask if I needed help. The shop owner can check the camera around 12:32 to see what happened.

   Faulty and defective branded goods - unhelpful staff who rely on returns policy timeframe to deny returns/exchanges. Can't see this store staying open for that much longer and would not reccommend making a purchase from here if you want to make sure you're getting a good quality product.

   This is a stand alone independent footwear shop( as far as l know ! ) selling a select range of well known women's and men's shoe brands.. You're likely to find Converse, Nike, Fit flop, Docs, Keds, Red or Dead and others. They don't do cut throat sales, rather discreet discounts. However what they lack in price reductions they make up for with a well laid out comfortable environment, easy to access displays and a decent seating area to try them on. You'll get personal service with no pressure and it's never too hectic in here even at weekends. So if you want to just get on quietly with finding new footwear this is a good choice.
