   Absolutely unacceptable service. We paid for two pairs of shoes and were given the wrong pair. When we returned to fix their mistake, staff told me I would lose my £10 voucher unless I refunded everything and bought the shoes again. This meant waiting for a refund for an error that was entirely theirs. After more than 20 minutes wasted, they still couldn’t find a simple solution. I eventually went ahead with the refund but was so exhausted by the poor service and delays that I left the shoes in the store and walked out. Not once did they apologise properly, offer a discount, or show any concern for the inconvenience caused. To top it off, my voucher was returned as a gift card instead of being credited back to my Schuh account. Poor systems, unhelpful staff, and zero customer care. I will not be returning!

   Visited the Tottenham Court Road store at 10:30 Saturday the 11/10/25 My husband kindly asked a shop assistant if we could measure our daughter’s feet. The woman responded with a yes. Waited in the children’s section. There were 3 shop assistants on the floor and no other customers. We waited. Then we waited some more whilst we watched the 3 assistants talk and dance. By this point I have taken my child’s shoes off, who is now walking around the shop in her socks. We were still waiting. I double checked with my husband which person he asked…incase she had gone to get the measuring device. Nope she was on the shop floor chatting away. When I finally asked if they were getting the device. I was met with, “oh yeh.” I explained they needn’t worry and to continue dancing. I signalled to my husband to get her shoes back on. They were barely sorry!

   Had a great experience at both the Neal St store where I saw a show I liked yesterday and then ran across this storefront today by chance. Had 2 excellent young men help me with Julian closing the sale. Teamwork. Julian was extremely personably and possessed the shoe salesman's greatest gift -- a gift of gab. I know -- I was a shoe salesman. And stocked em right too, many, many moons ago... Solid service, great selection, a proper staff and good prices. What's not to like?

   Picked up a pair of new shoes but it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be. Visited the store due to convenient location and easy access from public transport and on foot and the opening hours were good. We were browsing the footwear and unfortunately there was limited availability in most of the styles I wanted meaning I had to choose a different pair of shoes. Also, when we found a member of staff we asked if we could use a 20% email voucher from Schuh and we were told no. We asked if we could use Blue Light Card and were told no. We asked if we could use some £5 off vouchers we’d received from recycling old footwear with the Schuh recycling scheme and we were told no. I asked if I could use just one of the vouchers and we were told no, but the member of staff was friendly and said they’d coat the shoes in a magical shoe spray to keep them clean. The member of staff who served us after was helpful and friendly but the original person we spoke to was unhelpful and didn’t seem interested. We were frustrated that we could not use promotional vouchers in various forms against the footwear we’d chosen, despite it having some money off. The issue was that the shoe wasn’t in the sale (as per the terms and conditions of the promotions) but was simply on offer. The fact we couldn’t use the vouchers was frustrating and in my opinion the store should allow you to redeem offers on all shoes including sale items too. We got a bag for our item and left confident with the 365 day returns policy which was flexible and helpful to the consumer. However, unfortunately we probably won’t return to this store and wouldn’t recommend it to friends or family.

   Had an emergency as my boots fell apart on the high street. Rin delivered excellent customer service and was understanding about my dilemma. I was able to grab a pair of snazzy boots. Highly recommend.

   I've been in this shop just twice, but I am impressed by the customer service they have. It was great and the atmosphere you can feel is so welcoming. All the staff is super kind, they spend time with you to let you find the best shoes at you own pace. I can see that there is lots of work behind the scenes by the management as EVERYONE works together like a family. The vibes are so positive and although I had a problem with the shoes I'd bought, they made the effort to make it right. This is the environment you want to see in EVERY shop you get in! People that CARE about you because they want to satisfy your needs and give you the best experience you can, although it's just a shoe shop! I wouldn't spend my time writing this review otherwise. Beth has been lovely and very helpful, a hi-five for her! The 365 return policy is incredible as well. Thanks and keep going with the good work guys! Valerio
