    Im here to make a complaint about a member staff at wood shoe zone who physically assaulted by flowing the pair of shoes at me which hit me and she refusing my refund after all I asked for was a refund on a pair of shoes the chubby white women with a hair bun 5"6 -5"8 in hight with a incredibly rude attitude who refused give her name. as a woman of 60+ is this how you treat the elderly absolutely disgusting Behaviour and that staff member should be reprimanded for her actions

    For the price? Compared to other shoes in its target demographic? It is unbeatable. For example, £20 for a pair of work shoes. The quality depends on the type of shoe, but browse around, try them out - I was really happy with the pair I bought. The staff were kind enough and the environment, although lacklustre had a slow charm to it... like it stopped in time and we only had to enter to experience nostalgia. Although the marketing could do with some work, one of the shoe brands was called 'hobo' i think - i personally as a customer really do not want to be associated with that word. But that is me just being picky, I hope this store and company continues to exceed expectations. Also, don't expect trendy stuff here. I think the target audience are professionals, employees, people in education and people who need unbranded bland shoes (which hits that market well if i do say so myself). Trendsetters need not enter. But if it floats your boat, go ahead.

    I'm not here to complain I'm here to compliment and I hope the staff member receives this. At Wood Green shoe zone today 39/40 the mall London cashier CHRISTINE at the time 12:42 was so extra helpful and supportive I cannot thank her enough so I hope u guys can give her something for her hard work and customer service 10/10 :)

    I am very pleased with the service which I received from Shoe Zone in Wood Green. I went there one Saturday to purchase 2 pairs of slippers. After trying one of their pairs (a size 8) it wasn't able to fit me. The members of staff advised me that I can order 2 pairs of size 9 if I wanted to, which is what I did. They ordered it for me and gave me the option of whether to be notified by email or text message. I opted for text message. My order arrived in store within a few days. When I went to the store to pick them up they were neatly package with my name written on the front. How's that for service? These are the reasons why I give Shoe Zone in Wood Green a 5-star rating.     I was there last minute shoe shopping for my sisters wedding, I wanted to buy matching gold sandals for my daughters. I was getting very overwhelmed, my little boy was over excited , the girls were exhausted as he we have already been to other shops and also it was summer time! Nigel who noticed and helped us out in fact he went out of his way by ordering a matching pair near his home and promised that he will pick it up on his way to wood green branch. true to his word he saved the day, and I was very amazed by his customer service skills. I don't think a lot of people will go out of their way to pick up a customers delivery in their own time. during the whole time he was very professional. Thank you Nigel on that day you really was the super star!!! and I am sure you will continue to shine!!!
