“Perfect for school shoes . Good quality . From outside this shop brought back memories of the dreaded plasticy ‘Shoe zone’ so I’d always avoided it. I only ventured in because I’d been frustrated with the minimal sizes available for actually trying on in Next and Clark’s. It is just such a relief to find a shop that actually stocks the physical shoes that you can then try on. With kids especially it’s a nightmare to have to order in multiple sizes/widths/styles, still to find none of them fit. But here you can actually try them on! Radical! Rather than the tat I’d expected to find within I found many leather shoes, the Hush Puppy brand worked best for us . Excellent price and customer service too. Really a relief to have finally ventured beyond the door and found this shop which is perfect for kids. I can’t vouch for women’s shoes as I did not look at them at all !”

“Amazing service and customer care. I came in to get measured and was served by the brown girl with green eyes, think her name was Anjala. She was amazing, and was making sure I had the right bras for each occasion, and didn’t stop until i was satisfied. Exceeding customers expectations is what makes a customer return! Need more staff like her!”

“I needed a pair of shoes for work and decided to take a trip to Pavers. I’ve never shopped with them before and found the staff to be extremely patient both with myself and other customers, although the store was not extremely busy and it was a weekday. I tried on about 6 pairs, so took ages because I was looking for anything but black or as a compromise black with some embellishment. I finally settled on two similar styles which were both tan. The sales assistant did try to sell me some leather protector but I politely declined as I have some at home and thanked them for being so patient. I have worn one pair and they were lovely, so I am really pleased with my purchases and will shop at Pavers again.”

“They are fashion and homeware retailer, rivalling TK Max. This brunch is located in The Mall shopping centre. They are plenty is restaurants near buy to a little treat afterwards. There is good foot traffic, to entice you. Inside the shop there is plenty of space not a lot of products to cover the area but at least there is room for when you have to browse in store. Decent selection of products in store, there is option to pay by card near the exit and they also have click and collect services”

“Nice selection of both mens and womens shoes at sensible prices. I didn't buy any today but i have bought trainers from them on several occasions for under £20 and they last really well. The store is always very clean and tidy.”

“For the price? Compared to other shoes in its target demographic? It is unbeatable. For example, £20 for a pair of work shoes. The quality depends on the type of shoe, but browse around, try them out - I was really happy with the pair I bought. The staff were kind enough and the environment, although lacklustre had a slow charm to it... like it stopped in time and we only had to enter to experience nostalgia. Although the marketing could do with some work, one of the shoe brands was called 'hobo' i think - i personally as a customer really do not want to be associated with that word. But that is me just being picky, I hope this store and company continues to exceed expectations. Also, don't expect trendy stuff here. I think the target audience are professionals, employees, people in education and people who need unbranded bland shoes (which hits that market well if i do say so myself). Trendsetters need not enter. But if it floats your boat, go ahead.”
